All the staff very polite and helping. I got experience that the TV in my room are not working. The staff quickly to solve and change the tv immidiately. They treat me well even at the counter until to the mentainance staff.

Low maintainance, air conditioner not functional well. Even set the temperature until 16 but are still sweating while sleeping.
