Hotel berada didekat minimarket, station bus dan mrt, guardian, watsons, kfc, 4 fingers, mcd. Dekat dengan mesjid jamek. Setiap pagi banyak yg berjualan makanan.

My recent stay was excellent! The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The entire building was well-maintained, and I had nothing to complain about. The staff was courteous, and the overall experience was relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Great value for money.

我住的是單間，房間不是很大，但五臟俱全，適合一至兩個人住，樓下就有吃的很方便，接地氣。

Stay for 2 days this time. Last minute booking. Located near Masjid Jamek LRT station. Easy to check in, but this time I need to pay for deposit RM50 (cash only) - since last time I already prepared cash for deposit but the receptionist not asking for one, I came check in this time with only RM15 in cash; thank God they allowed it. Got the same room I had last time, the one with no windows. As I'm not in the room much, only for resting at night, it's okay for my need. They cleaned your room if you put the door handle sign up, even though it's past 12pm. They restock amenities too - basic one, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, mineral water, 3in1 coffee can get for 2nd day stock; and they replaced towels etc if you want to (I just used the 2nd towel on the next day since I was travelling solo). TV channel is limited to basic one. No smart TV feature, not sure if it will work if you bring your own smart tv stick, not trying it but there's usb port on the back of the TV. The light is a bit dim in the room, so need to get ready in toilet with more natural light - one of the bulb already flickering when I checked in and by check out time, it need to be replaced (forgot to tell receptionist before handing over the key card). Overall, a nice budget friendly hotel if you're coming to KL, especially if you just need a place to sleep at night.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had an overall okay experience. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. The room was fairly clean, but I did notice the pillowcase was wrinkled, which gave a slightly unkempt impression. I stayed at Room 415, and the housekeeping staff isn't friendly to me even my girlfriend as well, not well train. One thing that really concerned me was the lack of security during the night. From 11 PM to 6 AM, there was no security staff on duty. When I asked about it, the hotel staff said the security takes a rest during those hours. That was quite worrying, as there would be no one to help if something were to happen during the night. I hope the hotel can consider having security available overnight to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
