There were complimentary birthday surprises during our stay, and the kids' club was awesome. However, the buffet breakfast could be better. The swimming pool tiles were sharp and could be hazardous. Overall, nice ambiance and service.

Booking clearly states 3 breakfast. Upon confirming with front desk, there is only 2 breakfast allowed and will need to add payment for the children. Was requested by the hotel to check with travel agent of Trip.com as the information received by hotel states only 2 breakfast. Be careful as there will be extra cost if bring children for breakfast.

It’s the best hotel in the town, and strategic location to KL center, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara Height areas.

出差訂的酒店，在市中心，旁邊是個高爾夫球場，離1utama不遠，周邊逛逛都很方便。酒店性價比較高，小哥服務不錯。馬來真是一個讓人放鬆的地方，第一次來印象不錯，期待下次過來度假。

Believe the reviews! It’s that good. The lobby is spacious and adds to the grand feeling. The pool is better than expected with many layers for kids of all ages to play. The free snacks and drinks are such a nice touch and their dine in dining is to die for. All the food we ordered in was delicious and well priced given the large portions. Love the kids club but just wish that broken toys are regularly removed or replaced. Most of the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. I stay in kl but would love to come back!

I stayed here for a night for an event that my company is organising. The room is clean and very nice. Didn’t get the chance to chill at the pool and sauna this time. Very comfortable stay and definitely will repeat again.

Good for family with kid staycation as its provide nice swimming pool and kids club. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good spread of breakfast.
