地理位置優越，地處中央地帶,這個價錢，不錯的選擇，衹是房間有發黴的氣味，如果能夠跟進就更完美了！！！

Прекрасный вид из окна, в номере всё есть для комфортного проживания. Рядом метро и до основных достопримечательностей недалеко. В первый раз попалось 2 таракашки, но это проблема дома видимо и в целом региона. Бассейн классный, вид отличный. Огромный минус, это клопы в холле! Прошу руководство обратить на это внимание, они сидят на стульях, диванах. Очень неприятно. Не знаю, это проблема отеля или специфические посетители привезли их с собой. В общем, путешественникам рекомендую не сидеть в холле, а сразу уходить из отеля

Clean spacious and comfortable room. I was excited about the separate bathtub, but it didn’t have a plug. I went down to reception to ask for one, but had a little difficulty with describing the tub and missing plug. They never found a solution, but the shower was clean and sufficient. The view was spectacular from the rooftop pool. The menu was pretty basic, but fresh fruit juice was nice. The gym on the roof looked clean, with nice city view. Overall I would recommend and stay again, and bring my own drain stopper for the bathtub.

the hotel was clean but the bathroom was small and didn't have a lock handle. parking space was tight but in cleanliness 5/5

Receptionists are very considerate. I totally forgot the details of the booking. They responded very gracefully. I managed to stayed overnight. The room was quite complete. The view is mindful. Overall i’m satistfied.

性價比非常高！就在pudu地鐵站對面，周圍是地道餐廳，雖不能順精緻，但勝在整潔！樓下就是7-11便利店，訂的行政房有洗衣機和廚房！按金200前台建議給現金，刷卡也可以就是退的慢！

Location is great, staffs are friendly, the room is clean but aircond is abit weak

Wifi not working and said will send technician to fix but when we came back, still not working. Asked them about it and said that will contact the technician. The whole stay no technician came. The front desk guy was very rude and not helpful, always playing games on the phone even when talking to us. Even told us to go ahead to complain and he doesn’t care about it. Toilet has cockroaches smell. Towels requested for change and didn’t come to change. Toilet has no hangers for hanging clothes and towel and cannot hang inside due to it will get wet inside. Very poor design.

不錯的體驗，附近好多吃的，早晚都有賣吃的，附近有輕軌去哪裡都方便，頂樓有游泳池可以看到klcc，晚上看夜景不錯的

Been staying here for couple days for my business event that located nearly , really convenient love the pool and the view and also cant forget their rooms the best !
