للأسف تعامل بعض الموظفين سيئ مستوى النظافة جدا متدني وخصوصا نظافة لحاف السرير واستغرب من فندق ذو مستوى عالمي ولايهتم بعملائه تمّ التاكيد على ضرورة تواجد سرير طفل في الغرفة من خلال ثلاث ايميلات وعند تسجيل الدخول لايوجد السرير !!

我們這一家今次 在6月23號 入住 帝盛 resident 兩房 有套房的單位 單位內有雪櫃微波爐煮食爐 洗衣機樣樣都好方便 露台仲可以行出去望外面嘅景色 感覺好好 今次我住2502房 幫我打掃衛生嗰個 男孩他的名字叫 Yam 呢個男仔都好主動問有咩需要好幫忙 畀個五星讚佢啦 仲有要表揚 一下他們的general manager Peggy Tan 非常熱情 友善 我哋仲交換咗whatsapp添 期待下次再入住 另外 早餐是非常非常豐富的 選項亦非常之多 我們一家都非常欣賞 地點有好好 十分鐘就行到去pavilion 商場 超超方便

讚: 地理位置不錯, 房間亦算很大, 酒店頂樓的sky pool在晚上的境觀很好! 待改善: 房內衛生有改善空間, 特別是水渠有異味, 影響居住體驗! 另外早餐方面, 食物種類和質素亦只是一般, 而且安排坐位有點混亂, 有點像街市! 雖然提供洗衣機, 但酒店並不提供洗衣液/粉!

環境舒適 good 

***非常不推薦*** 提前兩個月訂家庭房到了卻說滿了只給了普通客房！！！ 我要求要兩張床/三張單人床所以酒店就給加床 但加床的那張床又髒又不好睡，床墊很薄又硬，坐在上面會搖，房務員推床進來時床頭是向下的，地毯的灰塵都用到上面去還怎麼睡超噁！！！！！ 最離譜的是前台服務員非常不在乎的態度也沒道歉，問他有沒有別的房間換也說沒有，想既款換別的酒店也不行 房務員還偷懶，不是沒換床單就是東西補不齊，有一天傍晚回去發現沒打掃還特地去前台叫人打掃，結果只重鋪了床和扔垃圾，紙巾也沒補，無語死了，四星酒店有這種體驗也是沒誰了 Strongly not recommend. I book a family room(for three people)two months before trip, but hotel give a deluxe room with one king bed and telling us they will provide a free extra bed as replacement. The extra bed is took from housekeeping storage so its dusty and not comfortable. I ask for changing other room but they said full house can’t help without any apology!!!! The room attendant shirked his responsibilities by not refilling all amenities and pretending he has changed the bed sheets. Also one evening we found the room was not make up so i told front desk to make up my room and resulting only make the bed but not refilling amenities. It’s a really bad experience I have ever met at a four star hotel.

Stayed 3 nights at Dorsett Residences. 2 bedroom premier suite.  Pros:  Very polite concierge  Location is convenient if you want to go to Pavilion n Trx mall Cons: 1. The lobby’s aircon didn’t work for all 3 days i was there. Very stuffy. 2. Room #10-09 ‘s floor is dusty.  3. Stench in the common toilet 5. Living hall tv don’t work. Had to notify maintenance. 6. Construction site opposite Dorsett starts work very early in the morning. Noisy. 7. Bed n pillows are not comfortable.  8. Very dated decor. Sofa didn’t feel clean.

Superb location with shopping centre and lots of eatery nearby especially walking distance to Pavilion. Easy check-in.

Dapat free upgrade kamar ke suite. Cuma bgt di upgrade malah tekor buat extra bed. Aturan nya sofa bed aja di kamar kami pesan. 1 hal yg mungkin mengganggu ada beberapa cewek panggilan naik turun dgn pakaian yg krg sopan. Tp secara kebersihan dan sih ok

Good house keeping services, fasility ok, morning breakfast foods ok, counter check in and out need to add staff person

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Dorsett. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. We booked a 2-bedroom premium suite with a king and queen bed but were initially given a suite with a queen and two single beds. Upon notifying the receptionist, the issue was promptly and professionally resolved. The team’s friendliness and efficiency were truly commendable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from major shopping malls. Would definitely love to return and stay longer next.

酒店距離商場很近，但是周邊吃飯的地方比較少。並且這個酒店不提供瓶裝水，衹有飲用水水龍頭，介意水質的人務必注意。

房間和服務一般

20年ぶりに宿泊しました。立地の良さは申し分無しですが、エレベーターの揺れは相変わらずで、とても懐かしく感じました。
