Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Swiss Garden Residence. From the moment I arrived, the service was underwhelming. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I was told that there will be an electricity disruption the following day. No electricity - (no aircon!) for a few hours from 10am to 2pm! It is extremely disappointing. I had to book a Dayuse hotel because who can survive without an aircon! This was extra expense on us! The room itself was not up to standard—it was poorly cleaned, with visible dust, a musty smell, and worn-out furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. There is a kitchen area, fridge and washing machine. There are plates and cutleries. However, there is no housekeeping service! Only basic essentials are provided, towels, body soap and shampoo. Although the location was convenient, that was about the only positive aspect. It is an apartment so you can expect your neighbours making noise throughout the day. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this residence to others.

wifi is slow, cant connecr to the tv. parking available but have charges. otherwise, its just okay. lift service also very slow.

They don't have house keeping every day that is only issue for a person who is hygienic like me els all is great
