Состояние апартаментов ужасное , все обшарпанное, старое, запах , полотенца серые а не белые . Диван в пятнах, кровать промятая . Фото не соответствуют действительности Вид с бассейна только хороший . Полотенец на бассейн не дают

Из этого отеля выдавили уже всё что можно, а теперь и так сойдёт. Моё мнение. И ещё добираться туда и обратно только на такси.

Отель великолепный. Вид с бассейна на 37 этаже потрясающий. Башни Петронас, как на ладони. Персонал отзывчивый. Почему-то не работал вай фай в номере, только на ресепшене.

Не было воды в номере, номер поменяли, бассейн видовой очень красивый, метро близко, очень раздражает комиссия которую возвращают при выселении, мы много путешествуем, сейчас это редкость, но эти ребята все еще берут залог, при выселении, по пути в аэропорт, думаешь где тратить эти деньги.

Worst room service, or I can say no room service. Bad cleanliness and foul smell, only good part about this hotel is it's location and swimming pool. Otherwise not worth it.

Upper View Regalia Hotel, located at No. 2, Jalan Anjung Putra, offers a central location in Kuala Lumpur, providing easy access to the city’s attractions. However, the overall experience falls short in several areas. While the staff is friendly and provides clear instructions, the hotel’s cleanliness and facilities are disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant odor, dirty carpets, and a bed positioned away from the window, making it impossible to enjoy the promised city view. Basic amenities are available, but they don’t justify the price. The breakfast, however, was a redeeming factor, offering a decent buffet selection. Unfortunately, given the subpar cleanliness, room condition, and overall value for money, this hotel may not be the best choice for a comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.
