Really nice service but building is a little old

酒店環境不錯，就是小，太小，裏面的設備設施基本沒有，沒有水、洗漱用品、紙巾，衹有服務很到位，值得稱讚。

اعجبني القرب من شارع العرب ولكن في منطقه شعبية جيد للسكن فترة قليلة

Good central location.

Room is ok , location nearby many restaurants and bar and jalan alor , pavilion and lot 10. But we got problem with the room, shower is broken and need to change the room

The location is good 😊 and everything is fine . I love the attitude of staff over there especially Mr Lee , front office. The worst is they does not have enough towel on that day and we have to use our own towel . 🥹🥹it is because I purposely book the hotel for sleep , rest and shower . Everything is good ,just towels …

No toothbrush/paste provided. Have to buy on our own at the store opposite. TV not working. Stained pillows. When I approached the night reception counter, his answer was that he will feedback to management in the morning.

Overall in good condition with maximum night of stay (one @ two day’s)

就是一間非常普通的小旅館房間非常的小衛生也不好 牙刷毛巾浴巾什麼通通都沒有 頭髮滿地都有 真的感覺很差

I was a bit dissapointed as soon as i arrive at the hotel. The receptionist inform me that my booking was not there. But i do receive an email that my booking was confirmed and the bill already deducted from my accound bank. So i’ve decided to call service center ,luckily i got a good staff one name chelsea. And within a second service center call the hotel and glady hotel actually do receive the booking but missing the email as they were sending under ******* email (sharing company and the booking was made under apps trip.com). For the hotel , the staff the room all just complete my statisfaction with no complain. Thanks fr both hotel and trip com service center. Both are doing a goodjob

場所はとてもアクセスしやすいです。 近くはBARやマッサージ、大規模なナイトマーケットもありました。 壁やドアが薄く、音が響くので、何度も目を覚ましました。

The place is excellent! In fact i even extended for a day. It’s near to everything that i want to visit like pavillion, food shops, petronas etc.

good location as near Pivilion shopping center, very poor funiture, very nice/freindly reception guys
