Yang menarik berkenaan hotel ni ialah dekat dengan tourist spot terutamanya KL tower. Jarak nak ke suatu tempat tu sgt dekat. Dari segi bilik, overall puas hati. Saya ambil bilik yang ada bathtub, so far okay dan cantik, cuma view sangatlah tidak menarik. sebab menghadap bangunan bilik sebelah. worth for short vacation.

Room is big and location is okay. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING IT, It’s really the worst 5 star hotel ever. The bed and pillow are very dirty, it has stains and hair on it, so we even wondered if they have changed a new one. It is very dirty and disgusting. The carpet is also not clean and the phone to call to any helpline is also not working at all, no one is picking up and the line is always busy. The bathroom shower gel is not filled up and was empty. The housekeeping really did a very very bad job. The parking lot is rm10 per day. It was really dark and dirty, not well-maintained. The restaurant has limited choices, there were even kids running around and opening the windows, with no staff supervising, it was very dangerous and anything could have happened. There are even better 3 or 4 star hotels out there with better quality and cleanliness here.

Great location, right next to the KL Tower.

雖然酒店有些老了，但房間內設施還挺乾淨，就是吉隆坡的水質都不太好，住了幾個酒店水剛開始放都很黃

The service provided was great. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything was very good. Rooms were superb. Thumbs up to the staff👍. Will definitely recommend to others.

Nice room interior. The parking lot was scary. No kids pool . Nice breakfast buffet.

facilities okay just swimming pool little bit scary & hard to reach out…susah nau dgn tangga berliku2

Room was not clean, toilet unable to flush. Buffet breakfast not really good less variety.

overall stay with Pacific Regency are great, bathroom come with bathtub is a big surprise 😄, the food taste can be improved

If you wish to see the city view, only twin beds are available. King bed = no city . The view only the window of next building. The carpet & wardrobe also smelly and mouldy. Put my cloth in wardrobe, and the smell stick to my cloth 😤 the picture is the view. So upset paying for this kind of view

В целом все хорошо, месторасположение супер! Немного "усталый" ремонт, но везде чисто! Хорошие завтраки.
