St. Giles Boulevard

Check in was fast, except i dont agree with the need for front desk to request for the IC of the person who made the reservation. It is a real hassle and serves zero purpose, just slows down the process. Room was clean enough but shower is a problem because the water temp ranges from cold, to warm, hot and even scalding. They need to look into this. Also request for late checkout was not too happily received by Zhi En who said i had to check again on the day itself due to hotel being fully booked but it sure did not look full to me. In any case she could have been more cordial. So on day of check out i approached Asyikin at front desk who quite reluctantly gave me an extra 30mins ie 1230. You need to place happier staff at front desk. However i have to say whenever i calledu up housekeeping, there was a fair foreign gent who appeared almost immediately with the things i had requested, every single time. Now thats service. I forgot to ask his name but i was on 18th flr on Jan 17-19. Thank you to this hardworking gent.

I love this hotel, location, rooms everything perfect. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here many times. Looking to coming back soon.

Room is nice and clean. Located is good as it is connected to the mall. Great food choices at the mall. Every staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful especially the front door staff. Highly recommended.
