Really spacious apartment with a good view of the city. It had the basic utilities but could have done witha few more pans, cutlery etc. The pool and gym were very good and clean. The staff were very helpful, the man who welcomed us gave us places to go and visit during our stay.

Oasia Suites's Location is not bad... We drove up from Singapore, we had a car... it was pretty centralised for us. But I cannot imagine if we were not driving and just taking Grab all day. On certain days we took a Grab and almost 2 of them missed out on the turn into the street of the Hotel. And, if you do not take a car back to the hotel, by foot, it is going to be arduous due to the sloppy hills. For drivers, there is free parking onsite, in which you will have to validate your TNG card everytime you leave the hotel. Road/Path up to the car park is very narrow and windy - just a heads up! Walls of the hotel room was very thin. We were in a corner unit far away from the main lobby lift. Only 2 units at the end of the building and we could hear the neighbours comung back, opening and closing of the door, and sometimes if someone in the next room talks a bit louder than usual... we could hear the entire conversation. Amenities in the room was good and sufficient. Most of the reception staff were friendly and nice. But not much service recovery and alternative plans when we complained about the noisy neighbours. Other than that, I'd recommend staying at Oasia Suites just for a short trip!

The location was perfect as well, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants. The highlight for us was the lovely pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also made full use of the fitness center, which had great equipment and a beautiful view of the city. Overall, Oasia Service Suites exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to any family looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was good. Will be back to Oasia whenever we plan for a stay in KL.

ห้องดีมากๆ โลเคชั่นดีอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเดินทางสะดวก ใครที่มาเป็นครอบครัวแนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่เพราะว่ามีห้องครัว ห้องน้ำแยก ห้องนอน โซนกินข้าว ครบมากๆ มีแบบสองห้องนอนด้วย คราวหน้าถ้าพาครอบครัวมาก็จะมาพักอีก แต่บรรยากาศด้านล่างโรงแรมกลิ่นแขกอินเดียลอยมาเต็มๆ ถ้าไม่ซีเรียสโอเคอยู่ เออรี่เช็คอินไม่ได้ เราได้รอชั่วโมงกว่ากว่าห้องจะเสร็จ

性價比極高，第三次入住，房間很大，打車方便，而且房間內可以做飯有洗衣機，各種設施配備齊全，是個不錯的選擇。

The room size is huge and very comfortable. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided seamless check-in. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This is the third time I'm staying in this hotel whenever I visit kl. It's the best value for money. I was given bigger rooms the previous visits. Overall would still visit again.
