The water in the washroom basin drains very slowly, and the shower hot water is unstable. In the morning, it fluctuates between cold and hot suddenly.

This hotel is truly amazing! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment is peaceful, and attention to detail is impressive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent facilities and service. Highly recommended!

The bidet hose is leaking when in use and the full-flush button does not work. Wi-Fi connection is not working for browsing from the tv.

Overall experience 3/5 Pros: 1. Prime location 2. Clean Cons: 1. Guest parking rate is not eligible for multiple entry. 2. Poor reception standard. There is only 1 receptionist station when there are so many guests waiting for check in. 3. There is no amenities provided.

First night stay at 1323 facing highway and near to service lift, hearing sound of slamming door at 12-2am, i cant really cant sleep well, 2nd day we went and ask for changing room, a friendly staff change a better room location for us and finally we can sleep well, if you ask me whether will have 2nd time, definitely no next time
