這家酒店最最最大的優勢就在於它的便利，離pavilion非常的近 酒店早餐還算ok，咖啡不錯，種類選擇沒有那麼多，但是都比較精緻，服務員很熱情，但是房間不太隔音

酒店離亞羅街，柏威年商場挺近的，工作人員服務態度很好，有歡迎的飲料和下午茶，mini吧也每天更新，整體還是不錯的

吉隆坡酒店🏨眼花繚亂 最後我在一堆酒店中選了這家 價格還算是中規中矩 酒店本身也挺好的 地理環境位置真的是超級棒 步行五分鐘麥當勞麥門十字路口打卡地點 十分鐘左右走到柏威年 酒店出門右手邊往下走很深的巷子 吃喝都有 夜市很繁華 樓下凌晨一點多人多的不得了 酒店設施有些陳舊 可以看出有返潮痕跡 工作人員還算對華人比較友好 早飯種類不多但是幹你可口 咖啡很濃郁好喝

非常差，他們沒有更換床單被褥，我在當夜發現時投訴告訴我沒有服務人員可以處理，我在第二天早上投訴也沒有迴音。然後通過攜程投訴他們告訴我離店無法處理。 現在我更加確認了他們沒有更換，可能都沒有清理過房間。因為我帶小朋友都被跳蚤咬了。我還把跳蚤帶回來了家。這是我馬來西亞的最後一站。實在是太噁心人了。 即使攜程賠償了66塊，我也不吐不快。清理跳蚤可能還要花我至少一週時間。我正在艱難的處理跳蚤。 太差勁的酒店了，千萬不要選，重要的事情説三遍，千萬不要選，不要選，不要選。

Great location. Helpful and polite staff. Nice room and great breakfast buffet comparing to other places we were in Malaysia. Cleaning might be better, that's the only thing. You are not going to run away because of that, but there are better places, only.

非常滿意的酒店！地理位置走出來就是麥當勞十字路口。工作人員都很好！開門的保安大哥，餐廳的侍應先生還能記得我們的喜好，每天都準備咖啡。早餐下午茶都很美妙~房間也很舒適能看到雙子塔。頂樓有泳池視野不錯~總之非常好！

The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is a stylish, boutique stay in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Rooms are modern and clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooftop pool and bar offer a great city view. Perfect location for shopping, dining, and exploring KL. Highly recommended for a chic, convenient stay.
