除了比較小以外，沒有其他任何問題，很智能，年輕化，衞生很好，很乾凈，特別適合年輕人入住（哦對了，洗手枱比較高，會把水弄到外邊，但好處是不用彎腰）

清潔度高及交通方便。大堂不採用傳統的前枱服務，雖然是自助櫃位，但有親切的職員協助。大堂設計時尚，坐得舒適。印象非常好。

房間真的特別好！第一眼乾淨整潔，全智能iPad控制很現代化，適合年輕人出行，非常方便，前台服務也非常棒，下次還來住這家！

地理位置很不錯 離夜市很久走到商場社區10-15分鐘 樓下還有711 房間都是iPad操控的 是挺科技的感覺 但是iPad有時候有點卡 整個酒店還是很新的 隔音還不錯 雖然小都是OK 適合一個人旅行 兩個人的話真的不方便 上下床不方便也衹有一床被子 員工大多數都還算不錯 自助Checkin不行 最後還是員工幫忙的 早餐還可以 整個酒店給人的感覺就是偏年輕 共享辦公室那種感覺

服務很好，工作人員十分helpful！地點優越！鄰近阿羅街，掃街非常方便！唯一唔好係浴室內的玻璃浴屏十分緊，開門時需要很大力才開到

This is my second stay, and this time I opted for the package that includes breakfast. I chose a room facing the internal garden, which is much more spacious than the city view room I had previously.

It's a modern and stylish hotel. It doesn't provide water boiler. But it's a very convenient location

酒店離機場大概一小時車程，地理位置很方便，樓下就有711和當地24小時的便利店，小吃街就在樓下，從酒店去各個景點和各大商場也很近，步行大概10-20分鐘左右！打車和坐交通工具都很方便！

Have a wonderful sleep at the hotel, the bed is super comfy, super like it. Hotel is very technology, from check in to the control system of the room function. iPad mini for control of light, windows blinding system, TV… the alarm music also make you feel like relaxing.. will stay again for the comfort bed!

I stayed at citizenM KL Bukit Bintang during my recent trip to KL and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice view and also modern decor. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I return to KL

地理位置很好，在亞羅街附近，出門就是夜市。床很大，2米多的，兩個人睡綽綽有餘。插座可以直接用，不用轉換頭。工作人員很熱情，服務周到。早餐種類每天都有調整，味道不錯。入住和離開都可以在酒店大廳，用機器自助辦理，還不需要按金。
