We strive to accommodate our guests' preferences, and we regret that we were not aware of your desire for a quieter room. Had we known, we would have gladly provided you with a non-window room to minimize the noise from the LRT. Although we offered to assist you further, we understand that you had already packed and decided to move elsewhere. We sincerely hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back in the future, and we would be happy to arrange a room without a window for a more peaceful experience.

Our check-in time is indeed until 11:30 PM; however, we can arrange a late check-in based on our guest's preferences, should they need to check in later, even until midnight. We kindly ask that guests inform us in advance if they plan to arrive late, as we automatically mark the reservation as a no-show if no one arrives by the standard check-in time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely hope you will still consider our hotel for your future stays.
