Not good for family. Very old hotel. Like apartment design.

I strongly advise against booking this apartment. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the listing did not reflect reality. The apartment was in extremely poor and unsanitary condition: dirty floors, dusty surfaces, visible signs of neglect, and an overall lack of basic cleanliness. On top of that, the Wi-Fi — a critical amenity for travelers — was completely non-functional, making it impossible to work or even communicate. Despite trying to give the benefit of the doubt, it quickly became clear that staying there was simply not an option. I reported the issues through the platform immediately and explained that it was not livable. That same evening, I handed the keys to a staff member and left. I had no choice but to walk around the city late at night searching for alternative accommodation, carrying my luggage, and trying to find a place that could accept a last-minute booking. It was a distressing and exhausting experience that seriously impacted my trip. While I appreciate that Trip.com eventually processed a full refund and offered some compensation in Trip Coins, the entire situation should have been avoided. A property listed on a reputable platform must meet minimum hospitality standards — this one did not. This is a clear case of misleading listing quality and failure to meet basic service expectations. Until significant improvements are made to both the property and the way it is managed, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The place is good, Location is great. Easy access to bukit bintang arean

Cigarettes and damp smell . TV was small and reception was bad. Curtains were old and stained . Carpets old and dirty. Bedsheets and blankets were yellow and aged. Furnitures look old and chipped . Chairs have cracks. Towels have smell . Hairdryer looks dirty .

Need to wait for the agent’s then can go up to the room & check out ... take abit longer time on waiting

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสบายอยู่บนห้างเดินทางสะดวก แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเก่านิดนึง ดีไซน์ไม่ได้ทันสมัย แต่มีสิ่งอำนวยสะดวกค่อนข้างครบ ราคาก็ไม่แพงมาก แต่ถ้ามีปัญหาติดต่ออาจจะยากนิดนึง แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดี

When you first come in the room got the smoke smell and it smell badly . The rooms was outdated and very old furniture , electronic and curtain was very dirty and yellow .But the view was very nice .

Great location. I was welcomed by Mr Jowel Mahmoud, very approachable and patient.

Hotel location good & convenient but now sub to agent no good explain no good & no punctual

Need to repair and replace some of the items.
