房間非常乾淨整潔！服務很到位！耐心細緻！替我們想的很周到。

酒店整體還可以，泳池很漂亮也很舒服，服務還可以，響應很積極。地段在滿家樂中心，旁邊商場吃飯方便，早餐種類少且不好吃。晚上樓頂有小酒吧可以喝點雞尾酒。

4박5일 잘보내고 왔습니다. 위치,서비스,식사등 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 다만 헬스장(시간내 출입제한)등 편의시설사용이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a clean and modern hotel in a good location. comfortable accommodations, , Overall a good hotel for business. Travel convenience ,easy check-in, and fast Wi-Fi.

Clean, comfort and good location

Booked here for a staycation with my friends last weekend. There are four of us so I booked the room with 2 queen beds. Room was very spacious, perfect for gathering. Parking was a flat rate of RM12 per entry after a certain amount of time, can’t remember how long. Mattress was comfy but the pillows were too soft for my liking. They allowed us to check in early since there’s room ready and available. Perfect location in Mont Kiara as lotsa restaurants, cafes and malls are within walking distance.

Good review from my friend who stayed, is like an apartment. Great for family too

Great location next to two malls with a lot options to eat and shop, I now understand why there is no room service. Hotel provides a good selection for breakfast and there are a lot of options for all budgets. Grab delivery another one if you don’t feel like going out, although you will have to get your order from downstairs once delivered.The staff are all welcoming and helpful. I felt safe and at home away. I took a studio room (I think) and I was happy with all the amenities in the room. Water bottles refill, daily room cleaning and washing dishes. The pool area is nice. I was going on 31st floor and it was nice and quiet. The bed was good. Internet connection was great too. Big thanks to everyone and specially to the desk staff who helped to contact the airport lost and found. À story which ended well. Great laundry self service and easy to used. À good size games room, but it needs more toys in it. I didn’t have a chance to try the rooftop bar.

4인 가족 여행이라 2베드룸과 2개의 화장실이 있는 곳을 선택한 것은 최고였습니다. 사소한 문제가 생겨서 프론트에 문의하면 빠르게 도움을 받을 수 있었습니다. 많은 직원들이 친절했습니다. 그리고 주변에 163몰, 큐라 등이 있어서 호텔에서 지내는 동안 음식에 대한 걱정은 없었습니다. 다만 호텔에서 조식은 현지느낌이 강해 자주 이용하지 못했습니다. 그리고 37층의 세탁실에 건조기가 2대중 1대가 고장나 있어 원활하게 건조기를 사용하지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 37층의 풀장도 적당한 사이즈 여서 아이들이 놀기 적당했습니다. 다시 쿠알라룸푸르 몽키아라를 선택하면 또 찾아가고 싶은 숙소 입니다
