My Hotel @ Sentral arvostelua

Good place to stay for a few days as its very near to kl sentral, the price overall is quite reasonable too, its just that the area is hard to find parking if u are driving a car.

Big patches of molds right side top windows wall Overall all amenities/hotel needs urgent renovation or at list fresh paint. A/C units black from mold and dust accumulated over time and not cleaned. Room nr 407 need urgent attention from maintenance personnel.

Excellent location. Some rooms are small. Close to kl sentral. Many restaurant nearby. They have cloakroom facility. Convenient and comfortable

the room for aircond is not cold let me know the reception do not know I call trip.com center just make a complaint just want to change the room there should be a little responsibility reception at Guess is quite bad service myhotel tv channel no

Only thing is the location room is basic and no tv channels at all while I rest in my room also no provided toilet paper . Maybe they think is a  budget hotel and not not necessary fill up everything , if you’re not ask for quality, this is one can think about that

Very good service and the room

Staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The room was pretty basic, the walls and paint a bit worse for wear but water was hot, bed was comfortable and the wifi was high speed. Location was good; plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Certainly not bad.

It’s clean and tidy. Spacious room with a very good and affordable price. Very convenient and super near to kl sentral.

Facility was good and so do the housekeeping guy Named Rana. He got lot of patience

這是一家連鎖的快捷酒店，之前一直住相隔不到100米的另一家分店，這次來到吉隆坡發現另一分店已經關門了。酒店的衞生很好，印度裔客房服務員很熱情，我們出門拿了一瓶酒店免費提供的水，帶多了麻煩，服務員看到非要給我們每人塞一瓶。酒店離KL sentral很近，沒有500米距離。沒記錯的話酒店是08年裝修的，設施稍顯老舊。我們半夜退房，值班的前台員工溜號出去了，沒有退按金我們就走了。聯繫攜程客服後，給我們退了回來。

Overall good

Расположение отличное, персонал внимательный, уборка каждый день. Есть моменты, но для остановки на пару дней, отлично, с учётом что в номер приходишь только спать, рядом много кафе ресторанов, магазинов, огромный торговый центр, транспорт, автобусная станция, лёгкое метро, метро, монорельс, электрички.

Room cleaning was not performed on the 1st day, informed receptionist then was done on the 2nd day onwards.  Overall acceptable hotel and good location
