酒店的衞生堪憂。本人習慣側着睡覺結果一覺醒來發了一片疹子，另一邊沒貼着枕頭的就沒有。酒店在小印度區，沒有車的不建議住那邊，出去不方便且不安全

房間很寬敞，設施很完善，帶着爸媽出行，選了2張大床房的房間，很划算很舒適，酒店服務也很友好

Value for money. 5 mins walk to Bangsar LRT via a bridge linked to the hotel. Room is spacious and interior is modern. Parking is inside hotel building equipped with CCTV. Valet parking is available too. High quality breakfast!

We loved our romantic stay here. Very nice place to stay at for couples and families!

A stylish and modern hotel. I went with my mom and had the twin bed room. Everything was fine. One hiccup was we saw a cockroach, I had to kill it otherwise we'll be thinking about it all night. Cleanliness is a huge consideration when it comes to hotel rooms for me... Other than that, everything was great, love their architecture and interior design. Beautiful view.

Definitely a great option to stay in KL

It used to be good but now it’s very bad. Room air con was not working. Checked in 10pm plus, waited for air con to cool but didn’t work till 1am, called to reception, told to wait technician came and said fix after 10 min but it wasn’t fixed. At this point it was 1.30am, I was too tired to be bothered. Woke up sweating, told the reception when check out, no concern was given as the only reply I got was “oh sorry then, you card is validated, you can leave”, Went to validate parking card. Said ok to go out parking but was charged 20 plus at the parking booth box. I used to like coming to this hotel every time I am in KL. Now it’s a spot I would avoid.

Way above expectation, will only stay in alila if i come to KL again

I had the most wonderful stay at Alila Bangsar, a true gem in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I walked into the sleek and modern lobby, I was captivated by the blend of contemporary design and warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff immediately made me feel at home with their welcoming smiles and efficient service.

Had a pleasant stay at Alila Bangsar. The room was spacious and clean. Love the interior design which had a resort vibe. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station which takes us into town. Highly recommended!
