昨晚入住alila酒店，體驗超讚！前台服務熱情高效，房間整潔温馨，床品舒適，一覺到天亮。早餐豐富美味，種類多樣。位置便利，周邊安靜，性價比極高。下次旅行還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alila Bangsar, and it was an exceptional experience. The spacious room was beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, navigating the hotel's lifts was a bit of a challenge. From the carpark, we had to take a lift to Level 1, then transfer to another lift to reach the front desk, and finally, take yet another lift to access the rooms. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't detract from the overall excellence of our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Impeccable design. Rooms were so clean n spacious. Peaceful environment. Will be our go-to for kl stays.

Located in old neighbourhoods, need to switch three lifts before reaching hotel room. Some plugs in the hotel room not functioning. Towel for black spots. A bit disappointing given its five star status. But staff are nice and helpful. Amazing night view.

Enjoyed my 4 nights stay here at Alila Bangsar. Conveniently located near to the train station, this allows us to travel to other places of interest easily. The room is spacious and clean. There was only an incident where the towel provided on the third day was stained with marks. Requested for a new towel and all is good. Will visit here again when travelling to KL.

除了體量比較小之外各方面都超出預期 高空隱世風格像極了上海Puli 床品舒服的甚至比很多更高定位的五星酒店還好 這個價格能訂到真的性價比拉滿

The bedsheets are spotless clean! No stains at all. Definitely a very cosy place and I would definitely come back again.
