The hotel is very clean and has a great location—you just need to cross the bridge to reach the pavilion. It also has a nice swimming pool surrounded by tall buildings. I’d love to go back one day if possible!

房間不大，前台服務可以，衞生挺好的，早餐品種還可以，偏馬來口味。逛街購物吃飯方便。

The single bed is smaller compared to the normal single bed in the other hotel. The hotel also feels a bit old. But since the location is good & the price is affordable i think it's still a good choice if you are going to Kuala lumpur.

Hotel location is superb.

酒店位置在吉隆坡市中心的中心地帶，距離雙塔樓/KLCC Mall約800米，步行15分鐘。酒店過街就是KL最大和最現代的購物娛樂中心Pavilion. 早餐西式菜餚豐盛，另有中式的有湯粉/麪。酒店不足之處是兩面臨街，窗户隔音效果不好 ，低樓層房間晚上摩託車噪音擾民。服務不錯-第二天給我換高樓層房間了。

地點超好，交通方便，正好市中心，鄰近商場，一切都可以接受，觀景也不錯。

設備是有一點舊，沒有水同浴袍提供。水，應該大部份的酒店也沒有吧；沒浴袍，是有點驚訝，4星酒店。
地理位置沒得頂，很方便。有天橋連接Pavilion 同水族館，雙峰塔再行一少段就到。
但因為近MRT LRT，如房間向這方向，會聽到鐵路經過的聲音，有點噪音。易醒的人，可能要注意一下。

工作人員會主動幫腿腳不便的人開門，拉行李，很有眼力價，很好，但是整個店衹有一個輪椅，所以不讓拿出去使，這麼大的幾十層的樓配一個輪椅，本身就是挺荒謬的。。。。。
