5성급에 걸맞는 친절도와 시설

衞生情況還不錯，環境還不錯，泳池的人太多太多了，奔着適合小童來的，但是人太多沒什麼非常好的體驗。服務人員大多數都非常有禮貌很得體，門口前台包括房間打掃，早餐服務人員，但是泳池周圍的安全員還需改進，總是吹那個哨，讓本來就很吵的泳池更吵了。早餐內容比較豐富，味道還可以。但是我住的房間臨街，在12樓，每天晚上摩託車的聲音吵的無法入睡。非常不好的入住體驗，住酒店最重要的睡眠問題沒法保證，實在説不過去。浴室的浴巾一條新，一條舊，舊的那條還是那種洗的都發硬了的感覺。就是很奇妙。價格來説，1000多一晚，不值得。

It’s worth while to stay with children…as it has 4 pools…with slides…there are also children outdoor park…very strategic locations to reach bukit bintang in 10 mins time with monorail

房間很大，離雙子塔步行10分鐘，很繁華，周圍有711和星巴克，酒店辦理入住比較快，但是需要交按金400馬幣。

The pool with all the activities are amazing! You can literally spend the whole day there. The hotel is really great for kids. The breakfast is good, but a bit pricey. We really enjoyed our stay and the only negative point is the mattress which was a bit hard.

酒店非常好，地點也很完美，可以帶小朋友去嘗試地鐵 房間得到了免費的升級，酒店經理也給了兩個小朋友冰淇淋的優惠卷，謝謝各位工作人員的善待

Everything is good, except for the cleanliness of the room to be improved especially the carpets and sofa as well as the curtain. The stains are visible and are kind of turn off to see for a few days during our stay. The noise insulation across the rooms are sub-standard for a 5-stars hotel. In addition, the road noise from the motorbike are so noisy everyday between 1-3am. There is a reason why ear plugs are provided.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Like the breakfast very much. Variety foods, drinks and fruits

地理位置優越。

房間地理位置不錯

酒店位置十分好，十分方便，樓下就是單軌火車。酒店餐廳十分美味。酒店的泳池十分好，有兒童滑梯十分好玩，泳池夠大。

晚上摩託車賽車很吵，酒店給我換了房間。 工作人員都很好。

房間寬敞 、樓下泳池、遊樂園孩子們兩天玩兒不夠、下次去還住這家～
