Great stay at the property and the location is even better. However, the banquet guests could be better controlled as they were drunk and rowdy. One guest was even vomiting as though the lobby was the toilet.

房間中規中矩，位置很方便，對面就是柏威年，樓下很熱鬧，早餐也還可以，服務尚可，衞生也還可以，總體還可以。

先說結論：這間整體真的不配做5星，完全不值得這個價位，頂多排3星前段4星後段班，價格是同地段其他5星的2倍，但是職業道德真的很糟糕 1.網站寫前台可使用中文，但不懂為什麼要欺騙我說所有前台都不會中文，結果其他前台的中文說的超流利，我能接受剛好排隊到不會中文的，但我不能接受為什麼要欺騙？到底是前台能力配不上公司的公告條件還是萬豪就是欺騙文化？5星級騙子 2.一樣是前台，一直要求我們加價升級房間，強迫推銷了將近30分鐘，另人非常不舒服 3.地毯很多明顯的污漬，無法確定是咖啡還是血跡，但很噁心，為什麼不洗 4.咖啡機漏水，但已經太失望了就懶得要求更換了 5.冷氣忽冷忽熱，溫差很大 6.電梯數量明顯不足，這真的是我等最誇張久的電梯 7.隔音很差，大部分飯店都難免會聽到隔壁嘻笑聲，但這間飯店我能聽到隔壁說話內容，聽到隔壁洗澡，傻眼 8.地點對第一次來的旅客會以為很好，實際上因為飯店門口的馬路太塞車，我自己就遇到2次grab司機因為塞車拒載，然後實測同一時段叫車的價格會因為交通而特別貴，要走到隔壁街去叫車，有時價差將近一倍 9.升級景觀房後的「景」只看得到「停車場」 10.連備品數量都能算錯，2人入住給3條浴巾，1組洗漱，然後那牙膏還刺不破，爛透，多是沒關係，少是怎樣，然後衛生紙也沒補 11.床邊桌都黏黏的有夠噁心 12.房內6個充電孔有4個是壞的，這麼基本的用電也能搞砸

This was my 2nd stay here. First time I stayed was prior to Covid and it was a delightful experience. Felt super luxurious, the beds were like sleeping in clouds. Fast forward to 2025, wanted to experience the same luxury and willing to pay so much money such to be disappointed. Lady who checked me in was super nice. Gave me an upgrade. But I reached my room, I was so disappointed. It was a pain to keep struggling to open and close the curtains due to the design of the room. The TV lacked free to air channels. The bed was the worse! Felt like I was staying in a 3 star hotel. My neck and body hurt so bad after my 3 night stay. I won’t be coming back to stay here for sure.

酒店位置好，下樓就是商業街，好評

五一連住三晚，這個地段是無語的贊，對面全是奢侈品店，酒店大堂還有一個PP手錶店。自助早餐的地方特別大，有現做的拉卡薩。

Excellent stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

Very comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—right across from the Pavilion, with easy access to transport and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The bartender at the poolside bar was especially impressive—great cocktails and great vibes. Highly recommended!

Its just perfect as the way it is. From the location, staff friendliness and room cleanliness was spotless !
