特別好，第一次去馬來西亞，酒店温暖而乾淨，泳池特別棒，孩子和家人很喜歡。

Great service and excellent location

Amazing hotel with easy access to city centre

酒店附近街道晚上2時開始有電單車賽，雖然住高層，但非常嘈吵（車聲+ 歡呼聲）整晚不能睡，喜歡賽車朋友千萬不要錯, 冷氣超過24度就會有機械聲 （可能洒店怕客人太冷提醒） 內外夾供， 想挑戰不睡覺的朋友不要錯過這酒店

游泳池不設施不足

位置好、但升降機常常要排隊、游泳池設施不足夠

飯店櫃檯人員很親切，幫我們升等房間，也推薦我們附近的美食，房間環境都很好，有機會會再入住～～～～～～

Best place to stay

The location is phenomenal and the proximity to the hustle and bustle is fantastic. Superb if you really want that holiday feeling. The room is clean and quite spacious for that location. The at your service feature is super too and make you feel well looked after. Top breakfast too.

The room is old and the floor is dirty, the service people are quite busy. JW Marriott else is great, but here is much lower standard, food is ok, but very busy, doesn’t like a hotel. Overall a bit disappointed

Good accommodation

基本上設施都還不錯….. 浴巾毛巾及浴袍的舒適度有待加強，雖然洗的很乾淨 但很硬不親膚 其他服務上還行。 健身房硬體稍微舊 浴缸很像商務旅館的浴缸😅
