very spacious and clean room. within walking distance from kl sentral. room eith equipped with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. just that the arrow lead to the hotel from kl sentral was lost in the middle.

The pool is under renovation and the room is small. It is not recommended for family.

Almost everything was pretty good - except that both swimming pool and kids pool were under maintenance. Not a pleasant, because we booked this hotel to go with our son for a swim. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. There is even a Starbucks bar located in the lobby and you can get your drink at anytime.

每個細節都是雅詩閣，然而合在一塊兒就非雅詩閣。房間沒有洗衣機，要去五樓的公共洗衣房。離Kia sentra 中央車站説遠不遠，説近不近。可從機場坐快線到達中央車站後，找NU center穿行，下到C層，從All Family全家出口 乘手扶電梯下，直走100米到達酒店。

不錯 房間大的超過預期 估計吃飯的地方也挺多的 周圍還有一個商場可以買東西 小印度也在附近 打車也挺方便的 配套挺齊全

About 10 mins walk from sentral. If you are taking airport rail then this hotel is convenient.

職員友善，房間很大，有廚房煮食器具及大雪櫃可放冰品，另有一張大圓枱方便用餐。入住時有附兩盒小玉米片、兩包即食麵、一包意粉予房客食用。酒店 wifi 接收良好高速。5樓有個細戶外泳池及健身室，使用的人不多，用著舒心。有護髮素，潔淨用品香香的，澳洲製造。地點近 nu sentral 商場，就在酒店左手方直行 5 分鐘到。如坐 Klia 到達，可入 nu sentral 落到地下過去酒店。唯一不好的地方，是電視接收差，看到時是帶雪花的，天氣差時用不到。另一間房的任可時候都完全用不到，沒訊號。

Rooms were clean and spacious, location was great. Front desk and house keeping were also great. The only problem was attention to service calls. We had to experience power surge at least two times and had to wait for an hour for someone to come and fix in the hot. Plus we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite where one of the bathroom had faulty bathtub which got broken again upon it getting fixed the first time. I would recommend people to stay and the hotel staff to be more mindful of the amenities as customers like us pay money to avail those services.

Everything about this hotel is perfect.. However, it's just a bit to walk from KL dental and no shelter. Was caught from the sudden rain. However, room provides umbrella.
