Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur

Amazing hotel, location, staff, facilities and room amenities. We loved this hotel and extended our stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with everyone and especially Umi when she helped us with extending our booking and arranging rooms at a great rate. We will be back here when we are in KL again. The room are huge with amazing views and the area is so quiet in the evening with quick access to the metro, Chinatown and Little India.

Room amenities are very sufficient with cooking utensils, coffee machine and microwave. There are also some instant noodles and pasta for you cook. Room is spacious and staff provided me a far away and quiet room as requested. They even sent the food delivery to my room. Location wise it's not very close to KL Sentral and there is no instruction on how to walk to the station. Would be better if there were more staff at the concierge so as to cut the queuing time.

We have booked another apartment using another platform (Agoda). We found out that the apartment we booked did not have washing machine and drying machine when we checked in (not as the web site introduction). We quickly booked Ascott hotel (found out when we surfed the net) in KL through Trip.com (No one can be contacted in Agoda by phone. Trip.com is much more reliable as there is always someone to help - we used it for about 10 years), left that apartment and checked in Ascott during that rainy night at almost 12 midnight. We realized that Trip.com is always there to help us in emergency. I like Ascott hotel as we stayed in Ascott hotel before in other locations. The room is spacious, very clean, have very helpful and courteous staff, have good facilities and met all our needs. We did not know there was Ascott in KL until we searched through the Trip.com platform. I will continue to stay in Ascott in future as far as possible.
