The Riv- Riveria, KL Central By Homebrickz arvostelua

It’s not a hotel rather it’s a studio type apartment. No amenities were provided in the room (Not even water bottles). No physical presence of homebrickz for check in waited around 1.5 hour for check in and around 45 mins during check out. It was most awful specially with 5 months kid. The only good thing is rooftop pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation in Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. While the check-in process was a bit chaotic, mainly due to the building hosting multiple homestays, it was clear that having a direct line of communication with the staff is essential for a smooth check-in. Once I was in touch with the right person, everything went smoothly from there. The room itself was absolutely perfect: modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the access to the gym and the pool, which were both excellent features. There were also plenty of chill areas to relax in, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I want to thank Jack, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. He was incredibly helpful, staying with me the entire time to help me get in contact with the right people, showing me to my room, and even keeping me company when my phone died. He really was a true lifesaver! Despite the initial hiccup with check-in, I had a wonderful one-night stay and would absolutely stay here again. Next time, I’ll be better prepared, but I have no doubt the experience will be just as fantastic!

Awful experience and irresponsible team. Have booked the accommodation a day before and reached out to their admin team but chose to ghost/seen my message leaving me stranded 10+ hours. Having travelled so far and tired to only finding out that accommodation was cancelled after arriving at the accommodation. The reason provided was there were no electric supply to the booked room. At the very least, one could inform me that the room was cancelled due to absence of electric supply when I reached out to team. Instead was seen/ghosted leading me stranded for 10 hours ++

I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far the **worst experience** I’ve ever had. I booked through Ctrip for the first time, and because the price was ridiculously cheap, I thought it would be a good deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong. As soon as I opened the door, the **place smelled like absolute sewage**. I’m not exaggerating—**it literally smelled like ******. After looking around, I discovered the stench was coming from the toilet. The sewage area was disgusting—**full of hair, filth, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever**. It was clear no one had bothered to do any maintenance. The **floors were covered in sand**, like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. I could barely walk without feeling like I was walking on dirt. And the **bed sheets**? They were covered in dirt, so much so that I could tell they hadn’t been changed. The **pillowcases** were gross too. And they charged me for cleaning fees? How is that even possible when the place is a disaster? I immediately reached out to the host via WhatsApp to complain. They replied the next morning with a weak “thank you” and completely ignored the severity of the situation. Then, as if it wasn’t bad enough, out of nowhere, they messaged me at **5:58 PM** to say they’d send a cleaner at **6:30 PM**. **What kind of service is this?** I didn’t come here to deal with cleaning problems! I came to relax on holiday, not clean up someone else’s mess. I’ve heard people talk about Homebrickz, but after this **nightmare of an experience**, I can honestly say I will **never** book with them again. The place was filthy, the service was non-existent, and it was **not worth the price at all**. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve attached a picture for proof, and trust me, you **do not booked here**

My stay at Riveria was truly enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and inviting ambience. Host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear check-in instructions. The space itself was beautifully decorated, with lighting and stylish furnishings that made it feel cozy and relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchen added to the comfort of my stay. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with a stunning window view, made it the perfect retreat. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Everything good and professional customer service 💯

Room was filthy when I checked in and smelt terrible! After complaining they came and gave it a 5 min clean up but still left toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom. Other rooms have Netflix already to go. This one no tv channels. Check out was simple though..

Unit type is the same. Self check in and check out. Tooth brush everything is self provided. Check every cleanness before next tenant.

It was very hard to communicate with management, as they dont have raception and answer slowly. Dont recommend it
