房間好大 清潔良好 位置好

The room is quite spacious just like the photos. It depends on which building and floor for the view. We stayed at block C which is around 5mins walk from the reception building, that was a bit inconvenient when you were having luggage. Terrible experience and my first negative review on trip.com booking…. We stayed for two night, for the second night, the bathroom heater was completely not working. We tried to call/ online call the reception but nobody answered. Then we tried to contact trip.com customer service for help, but they couldn’t reach the hotel as well. That was really frustrating and helpless…… We all ended up having cold showers.. As stated on trip.com, the hotel front desk should provide 24-7 service which is completely not true. We were very disappointed with this.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details like the complimentary drinks and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

帶爸媽旅行，房間不錯挺乾淨的，B座有頂層可以看到KLCC雙峯塔，grab也容易找到地方，很快入住，挺不錯的體驗，注意需要按金，現金美元💵馬幣都可，信用卡按金的話會比較麻煩，check-out按金馬上退，出門7/8分鐘步行就到Tun Razak Exchange地鐵站，旁邊有購物中心吃飯購物都很方便

洒店很新，環境優美，地理位置很榛，性價比很高，非常之好，下次再去會再次入住，十分滿意今次的入住，正！
