Good stay! Food spread great, prompt service. Will be great if hotel provide shuttle bus to pavilion or nearby shopping centre. For the hotel to consider. Also, TV airing quality got worse until check out day. Luckily, if not i would request room change. Can see that the hotel keeping up with the service with greeting and all smiles, good job guys.

Room a bit small , swimming pool water not very clean . Not much food variety breakfast for vegetarian or vegan .

不敢信1500/晚的酒店衞生是這個樣子的，頂樓的公共遊泳池衞生如果不到位我也能理解，畢竟用的人多，就是擔心衞生問題才單獨定泳池房，表面一層灰我也理解，換就好了，但是跟工作人員説了四次都是答應，但遲遲沒來換水，本着來都來了的心態，男朋友下去遊了20分鐘左右，上來後胸口皮膚有兩處發紅，大概是泳池的消毒劑太多，是不是我也可以理解為其實酒店根本不怎麼換水，如果是這樣，那我多花錢定私人泳池的意義是？還有酒店拖鞋也不是一次性的，住過這麼多酒店，第一次看到一次性拖鞋居然不帶包裝就放在那，個人覺得完全不值1500/晚，衞生方面連700的伊頓公寓都比不上

Fast check in and the staff is all helpful and friendly.service was excellent from conceirge to frontdesk.Really happy and good work by ur staff at conceirge name Kalidash if im not mistaken should have more staff like him in future and definitely wil come back again😊👍

第一次給差評的酒店，真的很差勁，從來沒有體驗感這麼差！！！！第一次入住的房間很吵根本無法入睡，36-49層下單備註高樓層給了37，是真高噢；另外我4.5點飛機到酒店因為沒到12點沒辦法入住，所以衹可以在大廳休息，真的很累閉眼睛休息一下，直接過來警告我們説不可以閉眼睛，意思是我還要全程睜着眼睛7個小時？太離譜了吧服務真的差，坐在大廳沒人管，水也沒有，還是自己去要 設施：外觀高大上，裏面一無是處，雙卧套房就衹有一個吹風機很麻煩，第二天洗澡居然沒有熱水離譜啊，房間打掃衞生不補易耗品，毛巾都沒換，mini bar 也就第一天有，打掃也不乾淨 衞生：入住地上都有頭髮，床單臟臟的不知道是啥，拖鞋掉毛，穿着走到床邊上床，直接帶上去毛了 服務：最差，0服務，想想就氣，客人很累不準閉眼睛真的絕，房間安排機房邊上嗡嗡響還帶蹬蹬蹬聲音，打電話一直問是什麼聲音呢，我給他形容了，他説那是什麼東西發出來的呢，我咋知道，自己上來聽啊這麼明顯，等半天上來後沒有道歉，就説確實有聲音那給你們換吧，本來是可以看到雙子塔的風景房，換的房間面朝工地，實在很累沒有battle了，真的太差勁的酒店，0.5分就是51樓可以看個雙子塔，可以的話想0分

每間房配泳池很有創意，minibar免費，rooftop bar觀景不錯，行政酒廊酒品豐富，很少人，不會很嘈雜，推介！

你好，做為國人實話實説，這家酒店極其不好，衞生極差，滿屋都是螞蟻，退房時按金現金給你破損的，根本花不出去，而且服務特別不好，拿人不識數，大家不要去了，真實評價

這次蜜月特地要求大房間而且也送了果盤，酒店的泳池和同一棟居民樓公用，一堆打卡的人。我們倆覺得回到自己的房間比較舒服。風景很好交通也很方便。 早餐棒棒的，適合東方和西方家庭。

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room was pretty great. The more interesting facilities were however there SkyDeck and the rooftop Satellite Bar! Truly a remarkable view from the top of the KL skyline!

從酒店高層的玻璃橋拍攝馬來西亞國家石油公司雙子塔（Petronas Twin Towers）非常吸引人！由於天花板的燈光反射在玻璃窗上，拍出來的效果非常美，就像周圍有許多星星一樣。 Taking photos of the Petronas Twin Towers （Malaysia's national oil company） from the hotel's high-level glass bridge is very captivating! The reflection of the ceiling lights on the glass windows creates a beautiful effect, making it look like there are many stars all around.
