My experience at Arte Mont Kiara was unfortunately, quite average, and I encountered a few issues that impacted my stay. The main toilet in the unit was disappointingly narrow, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. More concerning was the significant gap between the bathroom door and the floor, which caused water to spill out into the bedroom area after a shower. I had to spend time mopping the floor to prevent water damage, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Another major letdown was the lack of an iron. While an ironing board was provided, there was no iron available, which was a huge inconvenience. I had an official meeting to attend, and not being able to iron my clothes left me upset and stressed, as I had to make alternative arrangements to look presentable. Overall, while the property may have its merits but these issues with the bathroom design and the absence of basic amenities like an iron significantly detracted from my experience. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve future stays for guests.

Tempat/brg2 dalam bilik macam dah lama sikit…tapi ok la untuk family…sgt kecewa dengan penduduk resident disana amat sombong dan tiada sikap sabar terhadap visitor…very2 kurang hajar.

Very nice room.. view from room also nice. Hair dryers n iron board available. Very fast response from owner too. However this area is not so near to eateries or attractions.

Very nice and large apartment. Clean and full of amenities...will return again
