Clean, got wifi, easy to booking, the management do their job pro. The pool and the gym best of the best, but only 1 thing im not happy, the have no any drinking water, if no coffee or teh it ok but water habw to because it very important to everyone. Any i very happy with the service of the management

the owner is very bad, no mercy, due to 1 cigarette nipple he did not refund the deposit, burned rm 200, this is the last book, this is the house !!

Super spacious property, very clean and neat, i really love the big space there! Can go to the special outside space to have a nice view around.
Just one down point is the parking lot is quite dark, the lights are very dim not well maintained. How can a high class condo have this problem
For this price is really very goood as compared to all others!

большой ошибкой было выбрать эти апартаменты. красивые фотографии - обман чистой воды, не ведитесь!
1. тараканы. мы приехали с двумя маленькими детьми, а здесь откровенная антисанитария!
2. уборки до нашего приезда явно не было, везде свисает вековая паутина, от пыли у всех сразу началась аллергия.
3. около бассейна нет лежаков, стоят пара стульев, которые всегда заняты, сесть вообще негде.
4. ну и вишенкой на тортике оказалась ситуация в "аквапарке". на входе висит табличка с правилами, в которых указано, что дети до 6 лет не допускаются. и мы бы отнеслись с пониманием к устновленным правилам, если бы из "аквапарка" не вышел ребенок возраста лет 4. на вопрос, почему этот ребенок был допущен, а наши дети нет, нам ответили, что он заходил просто посмотреть! хотя он был с ног до головы мокрым, по нему было видно, что он только что вылез из воды. таким образом мы в конце нашего отпуска столкнулись с ужасающей ДИСКРИМИНАЦИЕЙ в сторону наших детей. такое поведение недопустимо!
Крайне не рекомендую выбирать эти апартаменты для проживания.

Booked 21st Dec a 2 bedrooms with 2 queen bed in October but received an email on 18th Dec to change to another 2 bedroom unit due to power outage but have failed to inform me that it only have 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. I expected the changes would be the same bedding arrangement. I have to let my boys sleep on the queen bed & my wife took the single bed. I end up in the 2 seater sofa. We are a family of 4 (incl a pair of 11 y.o twins). The TV was not working. The toilet door was unable to get it locked. The owner sent me a message in the middle of the night at 2.22am to remind me to checkout at 11am. My trip to KL shopping turned out to be a tiring, stressed with complaint from my family on such a bad accommodation experience. I suggest you should focus on the guest needs instead of commercially focus on stressing the guest to check in & check out on time in which I always doing. I hope to receive your reply within 3 days from today's date. Otherwise, I will write an official complaint to you and the consumer commission tribunal. I'm the guest Low Kin Wai.

Номер в аппартаментах: все достаточно старое кроме стиралки и холодильника. Стены местами в пятнах, гладильная доска проженная, пыли много везде. Как место для проживания, нескольких ночей сойдёт, в формате только поспать. К инфраструктуре самих апартаментов вопросов нет, что заявлено, работает. Также имеется круглосуточный магазин принимающий карты Union Pay.
