KLCC the Colony and the Luxe by Infinitum - The Stay Hub arvostelua

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The room was filthy, there was no reception, and the building was in terrible condition. No signs, no directions nothing. I ended up sleeping on the floor because it felt cleaner than the bed. I requested a refund, but it was denied. Absolutely unacceptable

The hotel was good location and for cleaning is good but the service not provided every day the don’t have makeup room service also no slippers no water in room it’s only for sleeping that all but it was quiet good for the staff so nice and helpful reply in few times and give all details I really like it.for the airport pick up service I don’t recommend they take 180 rm and I arrived and I waited for the taxi driver around 20 minutes and I released it’s a big amount so even if you come night you can use grab to order taxi

Nice room, splended views to the 3 of iconic building in Kuala Lumpur. Complete facility and nice amenities.

The Room was so nice and more importantly it was only rm70. it was incredibly cheap. With the price and the location in the city centre, it was worth your money. The amenities and facilities were great too . however, the internet connection was slow. That's the only drawback.

I arrived by 2am and had a problem during my self checkin bcaus the customer service gave me wrong information I end up checking in by 4am but during my stay was okay. And they gave me half of refund of my 1st night

The room was so bad so dirty the service it’s not so good they are not so friendly. It’s not cleaning. There is no disc for putting your clothes. the curtains are so bad can’t sleep even . The city it’s so good everything was good outside but in the studio nothing was good .

Basic room with a balcony and an amazing pool on the roof of the building. I can only recommend. And the pricing is great :). Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The worst hotel ever. It smells so bad. The pool is gross. The towel and bedding are dirty.

It was such a nice experience to visit and stay in the Hotel. Perfect.
