Overall is good location is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If extra mattress as well as indoors sandals can be provided for those travellers with family with young children will be perfect!

Good service with facilities, include washing machine and clothes dryer. Easy access with details instruction. Room condition and toilet is very clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall is good, location is very convenient as everything you need just downstairs shops retails. Unit doesn’t have filter water machine which you need to buy mineral water at mart. 2 Rooms and living very spacious with nice view. Water pressure is low. The only thing I can’t accept is the agent early morning Sunday 8am non stop sending 39 messages by WhatsApp for the rooms details.

The unit is great, clean and spacious, complete with basic kitchenware, washing machine and dryer. I like the level 8 garden very greenish and relaxing, got restaurant, bila-bila 👍

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a serviced apartment booking, all thanks to the managing agent. When I arrived, the keys were handed to me by the shopping mall staff, but I was never informed about a security deposit. Throughout my two-night stay, the managing agent harassed me for this deposit. How is that the guest’s fault? When I offered to pay in the evening when I returned, the mall counter staff said they couldn’t issue a receipt for the 300 ringgit cash. The agent claimed he would collect the money himself but never showed up. What was supposed to be a holiday turned into a nightmare filled with harassing messages, including threats that I’d be responsible for any damages to the apartment. Is this how you treat a seventy-year-old guest? The digital door lock didn’t even work. If anyone wants to see the harassment messages on WhatsApp or a video of the faulty digital door lock, please email me at **********************. The entire stay was ruined by an unprofessional and thug-like agent. I wouldn’t recommend booking this apartment. Never! I hope the owner realizes the agent’s incompetence before it’s too late. His name is Lee Wee Kiat.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Good morning Mr Sim, thank you so much for stay with us but I believe you knew all payment that we will collect from you including RM 300 security deposit which is refundable before you book our unit. We got mentioned in the website and even before you come, we had sent you check in instruction in whatssup and we also got remind again we will collect the security deposit from you during you check in. But you said you will pay to us after you put all your luggage in the unit first. That is why we believe you and let you check in first. Unfortunely, you did not pass the security deposit to us after you put all luggage in room. Even until the day you check out we never receive any security deposit from you. That is why we send 2 to 3 times reminder to you by using whatssup message only. Please dont misunderstanding, we respect all the guest and also make sure our guest can have a well maintenance and clean room. That is why we must collect the security deposit to every guests. Dont worry, it is refundable if everything is ok. Yes, receiptionist will unable to issue receipt to you, but we can issue receipt to you. Besides that, the key and card is not pass to you by any shopping mall staff, she is receiptionist at counter. She is the one who handle all guest check in and check out thing. We believe you misunderstanding, that day you told us you will go to eat durian in Bentong, that is why we send reminder to you that our unit is not allow to bring durian in. We though it is just a reminder to make sure guest will not break our house rule only. Never expect you will think it is a threat. We are sorry about that. Also, the digital lock is functioning well, we guess because of Sir forget password only. We still remember night before you check out around 10pm, you called us to ask for password because you said forget the pasword already. We believe got miscommunication too, on last night before you check out, you did ask us go to unit around 10pm but not collect security deposit from you, you asked us go to check the unit see got any damage or not because you will check out very early around 7am next day. We are sorry we unable show up in the end because of some urgent thing happened. We think we informed you already. Lastly, we are sorry to let you feel bad experience here. We will try to improve in future. If we insist collect security deposit before you check in, all these thing will not happened. Really sorry about this.
