Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, an IHG Hotel arvostelua

Hotel is very clean, location is so so, no much view. Service is good just that breakfast services can be better, first when i left my table to collect food, other guest took took it, then 2nd time when i went to collect food, my drinks and all my utensil were cleared. ( both times i left for less than 5mins) So i suggest to maybe put a card sign or sth on the table so no guest will thought its empty or staff will clear your table thinking its done. Rain shower water pressure quite weak for room 1717. Everything else is up to standard.

大堂及行李氐服務好細心, 早餐食物很多樣化, 質素非常好, 房間內清潔度非常高, 冷氣亦充足, 天台泳設施池很大很舒適, 風景一流,成為打卡亮點

前台有中文服務，酒店有房間可以直接看到雙子塔，房間按金最好給現金，退房就可以返還，刷卡退還時間較長，估計2到4周

離klcc很近，出去還是比較方便。周邊也相對安全

Nice hotel. Can’t close the curtain at the shower room, they send someone very shortly and this bro Jahid was very friendly, you should definitely encourage and reward such kind of staff. Love ittt!
