很多灰塵 地上油油粘粘的 但是位置很好很方便 走路可以到lot10 pavilion

I personally don’t like the experience I had during the stay. The owner is friendly but however, she should have contacted me earlier to send me the exact location on how to get there. When I used Waze to the location, it is directing me to a different place, which is in front of the Pavilion Suites. Then, I contacted the owner to ask about the exact location, only she told me and guide me how to get there. When I arrived at the location, the owner told me to get the key from the locker and she provided me WRONG locker number. I had to call her again. Then she said that she will get her staff to assist me. At that time, it was around 5 o clock already. Such a waste to check in here. I demand for compensation.

Overall is good, only 1 problem is peak traffic jamm area & lifts down n up take times waiting... haha hotel view nice!!

Luar biasa kemana-mana sangat dekat.

1. Parking fee very expensive. I reach parking around 2.30pm until next day 10.45am check out. Parking fee charged RM65.00. 2. The floor not so clean and feel sticky. 3. Table and sofa a lot dust and hair. 4. The 2 pillow bed provided is to thin.  5.  Check in time too late (3pm) & checked out time too early (11am). 6. Refund the deposit need message & call them few times. Deposit only accept online banking & cash.

對於公寓樓和整體的房間面積，整個環境都還是比較滿意的，尤其是距離市中心和周邊吃飯的地方非常非常近，步行可以到市中心的各個景點，非常方便的。管理很嚴格，讓人很有安全感，需要刷好幾道門禁才能進電梯，進房門，進過道。 10樓的空中花園很漂亮，一定要去走一走。 然後再來説缺點。這棟公寓樓入住的人非常多，如果是晚上，傍晚時間需要上樓的話，等電梯要等3-4趟。還有我入住期間泳池正在維修，所以也沒有享受到這點比較失落。

Great location. lovely apartment. Everything was great. The pool was closed for repairs but will be open again on 11th April 2025. Will try this place again later on. The host was very helpful. My cash deposit of RM300 was returned on the morning of my departure by one of the staff.

The location is very good, cleanliness are great and the operator very responsive. Overall experience feel like staying at own house. Will come back for sure again
