Host is helpful and fast responed, hotel and location is strategic also easy to get grab, hotel is clean,nice,safe and comfortable

攻略了好久 最終選定這家公寓 一來離地鐵近 二來樓下有超市 隨處可見的榴蓮攤 還有吃海鮮的飯店也很近 離帕威廉商場和TRX商場步行五分鐘即可到達 最主要的我們一家三口 房間寬敞 一室一廳一衞 還有洗衣機 床是1.5米 還有兩個墊子可以放在廳裏地上給孩子睡 非常好的一次體驗 房間乾淨衞生 我們住了33樓 能直接看到TRX商場 公寓37層還有無邊泳池 能看到一點雙子塔

The cleanliness is bad. The entire floor is very sticky. Location is okay and walking distance to Pavilion. The bathroom is really OMG!! It wasn't a good experience for all of us. Will not stay here anymore.

衞生：總體還算乾淨的 環境：周邊逛街方便，附近很多出名的飯店，地標也都在附近，走路就可以，樓頂泳池很出鏡 服務：服務人員回覆很快，解答很清楚，中文對話就行 設施：都還算可以的，如果能提供一次性毛巾就更好

Good location nice place

We had a good rest in Axon Residence Bukit Bintang for the room in 33-11. The room we got was clean and neat. I do not agree on all the negative comments posted. We waited 2-3 minutes for the many times we took the lift. There are plenty of parking in the building, paid RM30 for the parking rental. The location is perfect for it is right at the heart of KL shopping district. Minutes walk away from Pavilion KL, Lot 10, Star Hill, etc, with plenty of eatery and restaurants offered. The roof top pool and night view was great! I would come again for the price I paid in this location. It is "homestay" place, not a hotel. So I don't think the tenant should expect a hotel kind of service. If you need service, go pay for a hotel room instead.

Walking distance to Pavilion and Alor Food Street, it almost the Center of tourists belt. The check in procedure is simple as they have representative coming to meet you and explain the house rules. Deposit of $300 is need as it will refund to you on the spot upon checkout. Staying in Room 1802. Through I stay in a 2BRM apartment , it seems like a studio plus additional room on the side minus the huge living room I had at SkySuites near KLCC. Nevertheless the decor are quite zen as it quite suitable for short trip.

地點很好，周邊便利，房間也很整潔舒適。唯一的小缺點是電梯有時需要等一下，其他都很不錯

Tempatnya bersih, lokasi strategis gampang cari makanan. Sangat rekomended untuk stay di sini. Sangat aman dan nyaman. Puas stay disini bersama keluarga

很多灰塵 地上油油粘粘的 但是位置很好很方便 走路可以到lot10 pavilion

I personally don’t like the experience I had during the stay. The owner is friendly but however, she should have contacted me earlier to send me the exact location on how to get there. When I used Waze to the location, it is directing me to a different place, which is in front of the Pavilion Suites. Then, I contacted the owner to ask about the exact location, only she told me and guide me how to get there. When I arrived at the location, the owner told me to get the key from the locker and she provided me WRONG locker number. I had to call her again. Then she said that she will get her staff to assist me. At that time, it was around 5 o clock already. Such a waste to check in here. I demand for compensation.

Overall is good, only 1 problem is peak traffic jamm area & lifts down n up take times waiting... haha hotel view nice!!
