服務差 態度差 整潔程度差 考慮入住的旅客請三思！ 房間非常多規矩 不能這樣不能那樣🤬🤬 入住第一天發現枱子破了（不是我們弄破） 即時主動告訴房東 卻換來⋯被職員誣告（非常委屈） 入住5天，第3天要求職員簡單收拾房間 卻遭拒絕🫣🫣太污糟啦吧～ Check-out時更要幫手清潔住房垃圾 職員提及：有一張紙巾在地下都會扣錢 本以為和家人們去旅行放鬆心情 但每日都擔心房東因小事會扣錢 真在太煩擾😖 第一次去馬來西亞 入住體驗非常差 以後都不會去！

The coffee table was not broken, and no charges were imposed for it. It was simply misaligned during your stay and we have since rectified it. Cleaning service is available with an additional fee. However, we do provide a complimentary linen exchange every three days, which was arranged during your stay. Our house rules are in place to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, and not to cause any stress or inconvenience. Despite this experience, we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to serve you better.

Отель отличный. Провели в нём 3 ночи. Номер прекрасный: просторный и с идеальным ремонтом, со всей необходимой посудой, зубными щётками и др. Всё очень чистое. Нам пошли на встречу и приняли депозит наличными. Бассейн на крыше огромный с самым завораживающим видом! Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

Комфорт кроется в мелочах, а здесь его НЕТ!! Есть определенные трудности с заселением, приехать в отель надо с 15 до 18, позже не сможете оплатить депозит, оплатить его можно только безналично, картой через терминал или банковским переводом, не каждый турист это сможет. Номер просторный, чистый, но вилки/ложки самые дешевые. Хуже только одноразовые. Из посуды только 4 тарелки, 2 кружки. Есть стиральная машина но нет ни одной таблетки для нее, как мне ей пользоваться если надо постирать один раз, купить целую пачку порошка?! Есть большой шкаф, но нет ни одной вешалки, как вешать одежду?! Очень мало полотенец, 2 для тела и 1 для ног. В общем первое положительное впечатление было испорчено, сталкиваясь каждый раз с новыми неудобствами. Второй раз сюда нет желания ехать👎

Swimming pool is nice. Location is abit off. Abit far to walk to twin tower n look for foods
