Great location near the heart of KLCC, and very efficient customer service. Rooms were clean and well kept however the AC in our room was very weak and left the room hot. Additionally, the rooms could Do with a bit of R&R there was some peeling paint and dirt on the walls.

Заселение прошло отлично. Списались по WhatsApp за 10 минут до заселения, встретили, заселили. Отзывчивые менеджеры, мгновенно отвечают на запросы. Номер большой и чистый. Апартаменты в 10 минутах ходьбы от башен Petronas

The room is full of ants with some cockroaches, air conditioning was not working, the hotel refused to switch room for us, with the excuse the hotel is all full. After 2 hours of getting the booking agent involved, it was close to midnight, they finally switched a room for us, but then refused to provide us extra blankets, and refused to give us refund. Terrible place with poor hygiene and poor customer services. Hot water was not working, my kids had to shower with cold water at midnight.

Очень не удобно если поздний заезд или ранний выезд штраф. На территорию с багажем можно только заехать на машине. На такси не пускают. Пришлось выйти из такси и ждать пока приедут заберут на машине чтоб заехать на территорию. Также обратно. Номер убитый. Полы липкие. Муравьи. Диван в гостевой разваливается. Из +: расположение и вид из окна. Больше не приеду. И не рекомендую.

Cleanliness was soso. Just do take note of charges like parking charges , late check in charges and deposit etc which could potentially raise up the expected budget for the stay . if not it was a pleasant stay

Klcc park yanı güzel ve temiz bir daireydi. Havlu ve eşyalar biraz eskimiş. Kendi havlunuzu muhakkak getirin. İstenilen birşeyde hemen ilgilenip çözüm buldular.

入住感覺非常好，服務也很到位，最主要是離雙子塔真的很近，方便，下次還要入住這裏。唯一一點就是沒有晾曬衣服的地方，需要烘乾機烘乾。

Very good apartments. Convenient location, beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, pleasant. Managers helped to find apartments with detailed instructions, order a taxi. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Отличные апартаменты прямо в центре, все в пешей доступности. Все есть: оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина с сушкой, отпариватель, фен. Две отдельные комнаты каждая со своим с/у и кондиционером. Идеально!!!

Carpark is very narrow and need to go up to 10th floor, quit hard to turn. Aircon is not cool, may be our room was face to West and direct sunlight on the glass. Location is very near to Twin towers, 8 minutes walk.

Location was great and the room had a high level view of the KL City Skyline. Jalal and his colleagues also made the checking in and out process really smooth. Great stay overall
