Very nice place. Easy to access to public transport. Near with LRT Bangsar. Just beside the hotel. Walking distance.

Pleasant stay and it was really clean. However the location isn't as great if you are travelling alone. Might be a bit unsafe for female travellers especially.

Loved the loft unit. Balcony had a good view outside but overall stayed because of the loft. Not hard to get to as there's a bridge from LRT station. Just one stop away from KL Sentral. From Bangsar LRT station, you can take the bus to go Mid Valley for nearby shopping. The surrounding area of the apartment has a few eating places but otherwise, just Grab food or Panda over. Only issue is they did not add me into the WhatsApp group for chatting my check in. Called the guy in charge listed on this app and it was immediately resolved. Thankfully I called when I arrived at the airport.

I am not a smoker. When I checked out everything was great and I requested for my deposit to be refunded. At 10pm they texted me that I messed up the whole place and accused me that I smoke cigarettes in the room. Beware of this because they did not give me the deposit receipt due to their operator left early before 10pm. Hence no refund was given to me when I requested.

The faciltiy is world class. The hotel is in a great location right beside all the best attractions.

Cash Deposit Notice: One thing to note is that the hotel requires a cash deposit upon check-in to cover potential incidental expenses. While this was mentioned in advance, I appreciated the transparency and openness about the policy. It's always helpful for guests to be aware of any additional financial requirements before arriving at the hotel. To make the check-in process even smoother, I would recommend future guests prepare the required cash amount in advance. This way, you can avoid any last-minute inconveniences and start your stay on a positive note.

I travelled there with my friends, it is large and spacious. Will surely go there again!

Good 100% services suite

This is not a hotel. It's just an Airbnb. It's not soundproofed at all and loud noises come through the door late at night. Checking in is also a hassle. Just an Airbnb.

Nice room with loft, not good for old people or people with leg problems to climb the loft, location is good

Need to provide more house keeping service. Stayed for a week, however, no house keeping during that period at all. Otherwise, okay.
