It was a good hotel

Everything is ok, slight wear and tear. Location is ok, views are nice. Host is polite, promptly reply messages and questions.

We do had a great experience staying in the apartment.

This place was amazing!! Everything from before check-in to after check-out was efficient and well handled. Our family arrived late on the day of check-in, but everything was arranged to make it easy for us (this made all the difference for a family of 6). The place was very clean, had enough space for all of us and had everything we needed (really appreciated the good washer/dryer combo). The location also made it convenient for us to use a Grab to go anywhere we needed to go. Host is incredible and answered any questions we had promptly through WhatsApp. Our stay here made this a wonderful family vacation and when we return to KL, we will definitely be staying with EUcation at the Opus Residences again!

公寓設施完善，有漂亮的游泳池，走路10分鐘會到茨場街。（不要上MRT車站的天橋，要走下一個天橋）

總體滿意，設施完善。房東會説中文，提前一天聯繫，安排工人送鑰匙過來了。環境不錯，下面是馬路，但樓層高，挺安靜的。帶飲水機和洗衣機，方便使用。 服務：服務熱情，很滿意。

Am surprised with the host initiative by messaging first regarding about the residence details, instead of me whom booked would message them first. The host - Kitson is very friendly and easy going to talk to though message or face to face. Gotten a high level floor, facing to the Merdeka stadium and tower. The room is big and huge, very comfy that you don’t feel like going out but just stay in the unit itself. The kitchen is fully equipped that everyone needs to use. The toilet is huge and have biget which is important to some, as some places doesn’t have it even it’s in Malaysia. Everything inside looks brand new. The location of the place is very near to BTS, 5 mins car ride away, even if by taking grab is not that expensive and fast to get a ride too. If doesn’t want to get grab , can take the train which is 5 mins walk to Maharajelela station and 2 station away to Imbi station (BTS) Downstairs there’s a convenience store nearby too along the main road , at night there’s a Ramly burger if you’re having a craving for Ramley Burger. Else you can order grabfood or other companies that does delivery. Overall am very satisfied of this place. ✅👍🏻

房東好好人好nice，我哋比較夜落機過咗checkin時間但都安排好比我哋入住。啲房好乾淨舒服，有飲水機微波爐超方便，下次會再住😁
