Good place clean and friendly must stay there convenience for work

good location: shopping, eating and drinking. bamboo management is effeciency and helpful. I would suggest if you can book earlier as you can, Because they are always full booking there. will come back on next trip. Nawei you did a very job well done

位置很好，樓下即商場。但不知道為什麼小梯級這麽多而不做斜坡。沒牙刷沒拖鞋提供。

出張の際に2泊3日で利用した。ファシリティや家具・家電が揃っており困ることはない。また、周辺にも飲食店やスーパーがあるので便利。

집구조가잘못빠져서 4인가족이투숙하기엔 너무좁은 룸이었다. 가기전 11층또는12층 룸요청을했으나 받아들여졌는지 모르겠고 같이간사람이 12층룸을 배정받고 나는36층배정받았다. 복불복이라지만 기존요청이받아들여진건지알수없다. 후라이팬상태가최악이다. 다음날팬을가져다주긴했지만 룸컨디션체크를미리하지않는듯하다 위치는너무좋았다.

조금 서비스가 느리지만 친절해요

너무 편리하고 주변에 인프라도 잘 되어있고 새로운 호텔이라 깔끔하고 좋은 숙소에서 너무 편히 쉬다갑니다 !

숙소 청결상태가 좋지않습니다. 바닥 청소를 몇번이나 새로 했습니다. 샤워 커튼에선 쉰내가 너무 심했으며 숙소 쇼파는 쿠션이 꺼져서 나무 구조물이 엉덩이에 닿습니다.

Second visit to the oaak suite and this time I was assigned to another type of room which is kinda of surprising me. I love how I access to 163 mall and other places in Mont kiara and the designated checkin counter is much appreciated!

Stayed for 4 nights..Service is slow check in check out took a long time.. The receptionist is unprofessional.. the booking didn't clearly said without cleaning services. Took RM 300 for deposit and charge me RM100 for dirty the bad sheet 🙄. We will never booking again. 🤬
