1st day, we had a long.walk to Lot10 but then after the next few days we explored and managed to find short cuts to lot 10.

The suite is big and nice. Will book again. Near to eating area.

滞在中、何度かgrabで困る事がありました。言語も通じなく不安でしたが、スタッフがその都度本当に親切に助けて下さいました。患者でいっぱいです。

Large and spacious room. Love the shower water pressure, really enjoy! Self service Laundry at Level 1, slightly pricey.

"I stayed at in 24th March 2025 . The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. My room was big , spacious, clean, and had a great view. The location was convenient, near to Pavilion and KLCC tower. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely return!"

家族旅行で利用しましたが、シャワー室の扉が3室全室で閉まらず、常にバスタオルを敷いて、水びたしにならないよう気を配っていました。

I always stayed at this hotel whenever I am in KL. Amazing hotel and the location is just awesome. We had some miscommunication about the check in timing. I arrived at 12.30. My room was not ready, so they told me to come back at 2. I came back at 2. The staff named,Ira(not sure if her name is correct, but she was wearing specs) said my room was not ready and said it would be only ready at 3. She was quite rude. I had noticed earlier she was quite rude to other customers as well. Kamarul was amazing though. He was running up and down to make sure our room was ready. By 2.20 I got my room, thanks to Kamarul’s effort. He is really a very genuine and hard working person. It’s people like him who really makes the difference. People like Ira will bring the hotel’s name down with her rude behaviour.
