半夜到的公寓 提前和客服微信溝通了 司機一開始找不到哪一幢 還繞了一兩圈。 一路從信箱拿鑰匙 開門 感覺像在玩闖關遊戲。房間整體還是很整潔乾淨的，三個人住，人均面積很爽， 除了衞生間的洗澡水不夠熱，其他都很不錯。 熟悉了以後，地理位置還是很不錯的，這是一個大型社區，有商務樓 商超還有酒店式公寓。 走路去地鐵站也很方便，走廊窗户可以看到地標。

Good apartment, very fast internet, comfortable beds. The complex is within walking distance to multiple train stations, shopping mall and lots of amenities.

像家一樣的民宿，設施齊全，窗外景色美麗，樓下就是大型超市和很多餐廳，還有購物商城。泳池也很大，性價比高！

不知道是否民宿都是這樣子，入住前四天 聯繫對方 電話關機了 電郵訊息也不回覆。 到了前一晚 對方終於開機接電話了但他什麼都不知道。 換了二個人接應 到了入住當日 什麼入住指引呀指南呀 都是要自己跟進向他討 酒店才提供。 其他的都OK.

Easy check in and out. The place is spacious for families to stay. Amenities are good which the kids enjoyed. With mall nearby and other places to explore and eat. Easy to book grab. Speedy replies from the owner. Overall may use this place again in the future.

Renovation / Upgrading from day to midnight. It was terrible that can’t sleep well at all for 3 nights stay. Feel itchy after sleep with the bedsheet.

Construction work is indeed allowed between 9 AM and 5 PM, but no work is permitted at night.If you have sensitive skin and experienced discomfort with our bed linens, we encourage you to let us know during your stay. We would have been more than happy to replace them for you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any feedback from you.We hope you have a more pleasant stay next time.

Feedback as follows: 1. Upon check in, we found the entrance door lock was mulfunctions. Immediatwly contact Host will send someone to repair. However, it is not done. 2. Sofa bed which listed as facilities was not able to use. After much conversation with Host, she send service staff to fix the issue. 3. Master bathroom window couldnt close. 4. No kettle to boil hot water which is unacceptable. The worst is Kitchen did not equipped with cooking pot which we can boil water. Overall, house is not ready to cheeck in guests. please look into the safety of guests. Good side is clean & comfortable bed.
