1. Parking available at basement or By the road side - yellow box . Watch out for external parking By local council in white box - payment required on weekdays 2. Old hotel but still in good condition 3. Cosy & comfortable room 4. Pool available 5. Breakfast buffet available if pay extra. Still worth it. 6. If you dont bring your tooth brush, you need to request for it.

Location was strategic, located at the centre of Kuantan City. The room is spacious only the toilet is quiet small.
