I had an excellent and quiet room. No complaints whatsoever. Great service too.
Pity they don't have a gym. I made my own breakfast and had dinner somewhere else, so I can't judge.

Overall it's a good place to stay in KB, the room is comfy and has everything that you need - comfy bed, place to work (the wifi is terrible), place to eat and great view on a river with crocodiles, I even saw one! The food offered in the hotel restaurant is really tasty even if you're not local you'll definitely find something for you! The AC works too hard haha, It's often freezing cold inside.Everyone speaks English and the staff is super helpful. One thing to improve: I know it's not your fault but you should walk the corridors more often as guests are leaving plates with unfinished meals at the doors of their room and we all know what kind of insects like food. I saw these plates a few times during my 3 weeks stay. Other than that, thanks to all the staff that made my stay so cool.

Stayed here for a week the room was big but the WIFI was terrible. So slow I could not work. Ordered breakfast with room service but nothing arrived the first day ! Very friendly staff but average at best as an overall rating for a business hotel.
