"hard to find any negative points for this one; Price is very fair rooms are spacious with a very nice bathroom and airco (rather rare in local German hotels) Breakfast is all about fresh food and really diverse options. Service is friendly. it does seem that these are several hotels or at least buildings as we stayed in the one above the 's Antla restaurant but it was all that is mentioned above. I should not forget mentioning that the hotel is perfectly situated in the Altstadt of Kronach and less then 10 minutes from the Rosenberg Festung.."

"We were a weekend with the whole family on the ground and we agree: We absolutely want to come back! Excellent service in beautiful atmosphere - both the landscape and the fort itself. The food was incredibly good, it was nothing missing - everything super fresh, regional and so delicious. The disadvantage you could not try by all the tastes :) The staff was crazyly pre-eminent and has read all the wishes from our eyes despite our chaotic family before we knew we had them. A memory like the blonde service wants everyone, there can only be a grievous! We had a tower room and it was beautiful, the entire facility was completely clean and the game room was the highlight for the kids of course. There is a lot to do in the area, Kronach is definitely worth a visit, the summer roller track offers action and the leadership through the fort you must be involved. We have learned a lot! Thank you to the JUFA team for the great hospitality and your effort, you are really good and we are sure we haven't seen ourselves last time!"

"In July, we booked three rooms for two nights without breakfast from November 28th to 30th, 2025. However, when checking in at the machine, we were charged for breakfast. We only had the opportunity to dispute this on the morning of November 29th. We were assured that a refund would be issued to our account. This involves €120 for a couple of friends with their children and €58 for my wife and me. After consulting with local friends, we learned that the hotel manager, Mr. Holzmann, is refusing to refund the amount, citing flimsy reasons. This scam wasn't limited to us; it also affected twelve other people in our circle of friends who had booked at the Economy Hotel. To me, this is clearly fraud, and I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel."
