"Vaikea löytää mitään negatiivisia pisteitä tähän; Hinta on hyvin oikeudenmukainen huoneet ovat tilavia erittäin mukava kylpyhuone ja ilmastointi ( melko harvinainen paikallisissa Saksan hotellit) aamiainen on kaikki noin tuoretta ruokaa ja todella erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. Palvelu on ystävällinen. näyttää siltä, että nämä ovat useita hotelleja tai ainakin rakennuksia, kun jäimme yläpuolella 'Antla ravintola, mutta se oli kaikki, mitä edellä mainitaan. Muistan mainita, että hotelli sijaitsee täydellisesti Kronachin Altstadtissa ja alle 10 minuutin päässä Rosenberg Festung.."

"In July, we booked three rooms for two nights without breakfast from November 28th to 30th, 2025. However, when checking in at the machine, we were charged for breakfast. We only had the opportunity to dispute this on the morning of November 29th. We were assured that a refund would be issued to our account. This involves €120 for a couple of friends with their children and €58 for my wife and me. After consulting with local friends, we learned that the hotel manager, Mr. Holzmann, is refusing to refund the amount, citing flimsy reasons. This scam wasn't limited to us; it also affected twelve other people in our circle of friends who had booked at the Economy Hotel. To me, this is clearly fraud, and I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel."
