酒店前台***，諮詢問題直接發火，態度惡劣。廁所很臟，沒人打掃。裏面的人很吵，整夜不睡覺。地面永遠是臟的。洗澡水壞了。

Сделали бронирование на сайте островок в хостеле Воздух с 2 по 5 апреля 2023 года. Двухместный номер без удобств. Приехали и ужаснулись. Нам показали три номера данной категории. Это просто ужас. Постельное белье и покрывала все в пятнах, грязи и волосах. На стенах также были пятна. Грязное все! Развернулись и уехали в другое место! Грязь дикая! Просто ужас!

KonЧеnЫй. Теперь я знаю как выглядит слово KonЧеnЫй. Хостел полное дно. Его и хостелом то назвать нельзя. Бичевня натуральная. Матрасы все дырявые и грязные, как будто с теплотрассы подобрали. Ремонта нет от слова совсем. Контингент просто ужас. Мало того сначала взяли плату до того как показали комнаты. Потом как комнату увидел отказался. А деньги не вернули. Мол при отказе деньги не возвращаются. Не ведитесь на цену. БИЧЕВНЯ НАТУРАЛЬНАЯ. За 700 рублей снял другой. Все идеально. По сравнению с этим небо и земля. ОДНОЗНАЧНО. РосПотребНадзор им в помощь. Как это дно работают не знаю.

Ваш хостел из худших первый, позвонил, ответили о наличие номеров, вызвал такси, приехал, и... Попалв задницу, незайти, говорт нет мест и предлагает какую то х... Ню, а рядом стриптиз бар, твари тупые, естествознание обслуживайте, дизлайк вам... Ебанушки

Хочу поделится своим мнением о хостеле воздух. Ужасное отношение к людям, я уехал в 6 утра на работу, заранее сказав что весь день меня не будет, приехав в 5 вечера увиде такую картину все мои вещи были выброшены в коридор управляющим, совсем из ума выжили?!
