G12 Aparthotel

Very clean. And good location

We stayed here for 3 nights a trip I booked for my husbands birthday. We have been to Krakow before so know the area. I contacted the WhatsApp number when we arrived around 12 noon and I received a message to say the room was ready, I thought fab. We got in to room with no issues ( 2 flights of stairs). At first the room appeared clean, however the bathroom smelled of drains. On inspection the room wasn't clean, the floors appeared dirty and marks on walls. It looked a little run down. The bedding was clean..only one towel left each, one hand towel. No shower mat. On first morning the shower leaked all over floor and nothing to clean up water, I also found a couple of ants. I again messaged the WhatsApp to let them know. They responded straight away to say issues would be fixed. Again thought fair enough. They took the old towels away, left another one each, still no shower mat and shower still leaked. On last night we returned back early for departure in morning to find the room covered in ants! All over floor, all over luggage. There was no food in the room. Contacted the number and at first I got a shocked emoji face as a reply!!! Then a reply to say this has never happened before etc. The only thing they could offer was another room in a different hotel 10mins away. This would be perfect room for the location on the square if they actually took care of the rooms and the hygiene issues.

We recently stayed at the G12 Aparthotel, We were a family of 4, (3 adults and 1 child). On arrival it took a few minutes to find the entrance as it is a doorway between 2 shops and the sign wasn't very big. It was only from reading other reviews that we knew to wait till 3pm for instructions to be sent via email and whatsapp on how to enter the building etc (Love holidays did not tell us this). Instructions were punctutal and very clear. The room was very compact but very clean! A double bed and a sofa bed for the 4 of us wasn't ideal as thought it was 2 doubles but we made the most of it. The bathroom was small but the shower was lovely with good pressure and hot water, an excellent extractor fan meant the bathroom wasn't steamy and wet for very long! Room was nice and warm and easy to change the settings on the air con if you need to. There was not enough storage space for the 4 of us, There were only 3 toilet rolls (I'm sure if we'd messaged they may have brought some more?) There was outside noise which we could hear from the first floor apartment but this was to be expected due to the location - Location was great for getting to various places. Breakfast was in a lovely little restaurant 2 mins walk away - There is a set menu with 6 options which were ok, We all had Hot chocolate the first morning which was nice but second morning was far too thick to drink with a breakfast so we paid extra for fresh orange juice. There is a note left in the apartment stating you can have an extra hour to check out if you leave a postive review - We declined this as wanted to leave an honest review (prob why its rated #2) which isn't really fair on people relying on reviews when choosing accommodation. Overall the stay was ok, more space and a comfier sofa bed (that had a broken bracket) would've been better but location was spot on!

We arrived early so we requested early check in. The staff were amazing and so helpful, if you have any questions they are always so quick to respond. Tomasz was the employee that helped us the most and I cant recommend him enough. The apartment was very clean and lovely view. No complaints at all.

A lovely apartment, which is right in the square. Can be a little loud on a night but is to be expected when right in the centre of the city. Would recommend requesting the first floor if you struggle with walking as there is no lift. Overall a lovely stay.

Great location and easy check in. There was a bad smell in the bathroom but it was fine when we kept the bathroom door closed. The photos were a little deceiving. We thought our room was going to be bigger. Overall very happy with our stay.
