Zulian Aparthotel by Artery Hotels

受付が別館にありました。 宿泊先にはパスワードで玄関を開けて部屋に行きます お部屋は綺麗でした。ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあって助かりました。 クラクフ中央駅と中央広場のちょうど真ん中の立地で 徒歩圏内で移動できました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、しっかりとしたセキュリティで助かりました。

Room was annexed off the hotel down the street which is a main road with double tram lines, not stated in descriptions. Also long long walk to the main square Despite description saying 5 mins it's def not. And there is literally 1 bar close by for a drink in the evening Nothing else in the area to relax at Room very odd with 2 separate rooms and 4 beds? Possible family room. Nice clean room with good facilities. Although not sure unless you are 7ft tall how you can use the mirror First night was awful...issues with another guest and police banging on our door looking for people at 4am. Felt unsafe and anxious only 1 lock on door no safety chain. Breakfast absolutely awful. We used this once despite paying extra. Had to go to a room at the back of the hotel. Food looked okay but wasn't refilled. Polish sausage and raw runny scrambled eggs. Couldn't find plates or cutlery. minimal pastries or cereal. Like a bun fight to get anything decent to eat. Anxiety central so went to local bakeries after this. Does have a nice garden area but no bar on site. Unfortunately due to location and issues here I would not be going back to this hotel.

Bom As fotos no site dão uma impressão de que o hotel seria mais novo. Na verdade o quarto é bem grande, porém os móveis são em madeira mais antiga, carpete em todo o quarto e meia parede. Os carpetes estão em em estado razoável e para quem tem alergia não é tão agradável, especialmente por ter um cheiro mais forte. O piso faz bastante barulho então certamente incomoda o apartamento de baixo, assim como o de cima incomodou o nosso. Os aquecedores não funcionavam bem. Não tem elevador e cada andar possui 2 lances de escada. Nao há recepção exclusiva. A recepção atende em prédio ao lado. Há um jardim legal com mesas e cadeiras ao fundo. O café da manhã atende mas não tem muitas variações. Fica próximo à praça principal e tem transporte e restaurantes perto. Creio que com uma boa manutenção, ficará ainda muito melhor! A equipe é bastante atenciosa.

Just returned from 3 nights in Kraków. Zulian Aparthotel is so close to the main square and old town and tram and bus routes. The room was huge with a big bathroom. The only downside was no lift on the Zulian side. As others have mentioned, check-in is at the Yarden Hotel, which is a few doors down. All staff are friendly and welcoming and helped with directions. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were comfortable. Our room was 3rd floor and overlooking the garden. There was a kettle and teas, coffees, sugars and creamers. There was a hairdryer and shower gel provided. There was a phone in the room and a TV and an ironing board and iron. Plenty of plug sockets and storage. The breakfast was plentiful and could be eating in the wooden cabin in the garden or outside in the garden. Highly recommend.

A ten minute walk to the main square and 20 minutes walk to Krakow Główny (main station). The Zuliani is operated from the Yarden hotel which is 25 metres away. On arrival you have to attend the Yarden which has a 24 hour reception and they check you in and provide keys and information for your stay (location of dining room, WiFi password etc). We stayed in room 13 which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Maids attended everyday and towels were changed. The room was warm, the shower was powerful and hot. The first bedroom had twin beds, a dressing table and a wall mounted TV. The adjoining second room had twin beds as well a table, 3 chairs, wardrobe, dressing table and a cabinet. The beds were really comfortable. This room also had a wall mounted TV. While the rooms are dated the bathroom is modern and clean. There are plenty of electric sockets as well as a thermostat to control the temperature in the rooms. There is no safe nor mini fridge in the room. Check in was easy and check out was easier. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The dining area is in the ground floor at Zuliani and is well signposted. The breakfast was well stocked and perfectly fine. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
