Чудове розташування готелю, в пішій доступності всі визначні місця. Близько до вокзалу та Краківської галереї. Номер не великий, але чистий. Єдине - не працював холодильник. Wi-do працював добре.

Our room was next to the reception area on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable, and was cleaned every day. The location is good - train station at end of street, and a short 10-min walk to the old town. The young receptionist on weekdays was very helpful. However, the wi-fi was very poor - we used our mobile data as that was better. The TV couldn’t be used due to the lack of wi-fi (kept freezing). The front door was very creaky, and we heard it whenever anyone came in or out. This was quite annoying, especially at 5am on the Saturday morning, when we think the hotel had deliveries.

I’d say this hotel is definitely more suitable for solo travelers, young people or young couples. I wouldn’t recommend this for families or young children due to the room quality, hotel street and facilities. As we only had 3 full days in Poland, we barely spent any time in the hotel it was used as a dumping ground not a relaxing area. We had already read other similar reviews saying it was used as a sleep and changing area rather than a relaxing peaceful stay so we were expecting this and we were fine with it. We were more than happy to spend the least amount of time in the hotel as it worked well with our travel plans. Room was spacious, good bathroom and enough charging facilities. Tv worked well. No issues with the facilities or the room. Reception were helpful and easy. Good heating in reception. Only downside was the beds. We only had issues with the quality of the bed. We had a “double bed” but it was 2 single camp beds pushed together, kept together with a sheet and then two single duvets. Me and my partner shared the single bed, 2 seperate duvets and pillows. On average each night probably got 4 -5 hours sleep which was disturbed. This is why i’d say it’s probably not suitable for kids or elderly as they do require certain sleep requirements. Staff are polite and nice

Upon arrival to leone aparthotel we were a bit unsure which tired, scary looking building was ours. Eventually we picked the right one and was unsure if we should go in or not. It just appeared so unwelcoming. We walked upstairs to reception and the lady was lovely who worked on the desk, we were informed check in wasn't for another few hours so we left our bags in reception and went to explore the area. We got back to leone by after exploring and getting some food and was given our key and pointed into the direction to our room (number 8) on the same floor as reception.... well it was so bad that we actually laughed. The corridor was dirty and in desperate need of a thorough hoover and carpet clean and once we got to the room is was really dark and dingy. It had an odd odour which I could quiet explain. As you entered it was a small kitchen then you walk through to a bathroom with shower and toilet on your right. The shower door was hanging off and black mold dotted around little areas of some of the tiles. The next door led you into a "living room" which had very uneven floor, floor boards were peeling and the sofa was rock hard with the tv a metre infront of you up high on the wall which. So if you did plan on watching tv you would be very uncomfortable. The bedroom was barely big enough to fit the bed in. I have no idea how they must of got it in there in the first place. It was pushed against the window and only had a tiny walk way on the end of the bed and one side. The curtains were dangling onto the bed. I sat on the bed to see if it was atleast comfortable which to no surprise it was horrible and you could feel every spring. The whole room looked and felt dirty and like it belonged in a drug den rather than a hotel. After a few laughs about how bad it was I went to reception and tried to be polite about the room and said to the lovely girl "I'm really sorry but the shower door in our room is hanging off" I expected her to move our room but she didn't at this point she said she would call maintenance. So then I decided to explain my concern in more detail because I desperately did not want to stay in that horrible room. I said "I'm so sorry it's just that room looks nothing like the pictures" she replied "online you unfortunately cannot pick the room by the pictures" so I said "yes I understand. But none of your pictures looked like that room. It really is disgusting and I just don't want to stay In there. The bed is horrible, room is smelly, dark and dirty. Evnlen the floor is uneven and peeling a part" the lady then understood and found us another room which I cannot remember the number of but It was one floor up from reception, left, left again and door on the left. I think 209. The corridors leading through the hotel were all still dirty and just really horrible looking which msde us scepticle that this room would be any better. However the room smelled so much better, was cleaner in all the regularly used placed (don't check behind

when you read all the negative reviews you think wow I've made a mistake booking here but believe me it's fine, the hotel is located in a great spot for the centre and train station that's 2 min walk away and there's a supermarket just 4 min away round the back, the reception staff are really helpful and carried our bags up three floors to the top without hesitation, the building is slowly having some renovation done so some aspects are still dated but still OK, the stairs to the second floor are looking a bit shabby but hey ho you don't sleep on the stairs so not a issue, the room we had was on the third floor and was very spacious and warm, it was also very clean with a good sized bathroom/shower room, tv with firestick and free WiFi fridge and tea coffee ☕️, the front of the hotel is nice and this is located on a residential street that sadly has a rundown building next door that doesn't look great but obviously this is not the hotel fault and they obviously can't do anything about it overall our stay here was brilliant and would gladly use it again without hesitation, thanks for a wonderful stay, it's great location and value for money is a winner for me I would recommend getting the bolt app for taxi from airport and around as its so easy and cost hardly nothing to use and great service
