Thai hotel over all is okay for budget travels with little luggage. I booked this as a comfortable stay before my flight at 3 am and I wouldn’t book here again because I had to walk 10min from the check in hotel with all my luggage and I have 3 bags for one person. Also there is no elevator and it was very inconvenient to carry my luggage up the steps. Also taxi will not pick up at this location. If this is for a short trip the room was nice and everything worked well.

В принципе моя оценка свидетельствует о качестве и удобстве отдыха! ;-D))
В нашем номере минихолодильник для охлаждения напитков не работал и так как в Кракове было довольно жарко (+29-30*С), это обстоятельство вызывало некоторый дискомфорт!
Был один затруднительный момент в поиске отеля - не географический (гугл-карты отработали на отлично), а практический - мы прибыли к отелю в 21.00 (уже было темно и освещения улицы у отеля нет, в дополнение к этому вывеска с названием отеля не подсвечена и часть здания, в котором он располагается, скрыта за густой кустисто-древесной посадкой, что довольно затрудняет поиск отеля, когда ты в нём ранее не останавливался!!! При заселении в дневное время эти бы обстоятельства не вызвали бы затруднений, т.к. вывеска с названием отеля хорошо просматривается.

Very well located and well equipped. If you planned to visit the city most of your time and you only look for a place to sleep, it’s perfectly fine. The only negative point that we got was some bad smells coming from the toilet, but the room itself is very clean. Would recommend for short stays

Our first rooms bathroom absolutely stank of sewage and wasnt the cleanest of rooms. They are basic which is fine but bogies and things on walls are basic cleanliness. After one night we moved to the top floor and this room was 100 percent cleaner bigger more modern and the smell was better but not completely gone. But i must say the reception were fantastic about it and sorted very quickly. Upon arrival there was a quewe of people outside wondering how to get in as there is no reception. Luckily i had read there was a sister hotel so we walked to that. It was a decent 10 minute walk away which is annoying. Apparently you are texted a code to get in but obviously none of us got it that were waiting. If id not read previous reviews id have had no idea of the sister hotel or how to get in! About a 30 min walk to the old town not sure on transport we walked everywhere Wouldnt stay again just due to our own experience

Good location
Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!!
Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally down the street and shops.
If I was to go again I’m not sure I’d stay in this one maybe the sister hotel

Really nice rooms, clean and well kept. Someone came everyday to clean them and top up coffee and tea basket and change the towels. In a really nice area easy to get to the main square and overall really nice.

Me and my Partner stayed here on a recent holiday to Krakow. The hotel is in a great location with a few restaurants and bars close by and the Main Square is only about a 15 minute walk away, however if you don't fancy walking there is a tram stop just across the road. Our room was very nice with lots of plug sockets. It was very clean and spacious also. The bathroom is practical and the shower was very powerful and hot. If you're looking to stay in Krakow on a budget this hotel would be perfect.

Just got back from staying in the Armon Residence Hotel and did not disappoint, Great shower warm room, and loved staying in the Jewish Quarter, would definitely recommend, lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by too .
