朝食は、エッグベネディクトやオムレツなどから選べるアラカルトメニューと種類豊富なブッフェで、とても美味しかったです。部屋は清潔で細部までこだわりを感じるデザインでした。良い滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow.
Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

Thank you very much h15 francuski hotel team. We had a great time, the staff were lovely throughout the hotel. Starting from Victoria and the bearded receptionist I forgot his name to the dining room staff and also the chambermaid Anna who left the room tidy and shiny every day. I ask that you thank everyone on my behalf and on behalf of all my friends for hosting. I must mention Victoria who made sure that the hospitality was perfect Thank you dear Victoria. Score 10 for the location of the hotel, the hotel rooms, the breakfast and the service at the hotel. There is no doubt that if I stay in Krakow again, this will be the hotel I want to stay. thank you Shimon and Rachel Agam *************************

We stayed here as tourists, visiting Krakow and Auschwitz. Look no further than this wonderful hotel which is perfectly located to access central Krakow on foot.
We chose breakfast to be included, which was great for a few days.

Hotel Francuski has been a part of Krakow for more than a century, and we stayed there to experience this historic location. And it was - ok. The lobby is beautiful, location is very convenient, but it wasn't the luxury hotel we expected. Our room was average in size, had rather dated decor, and the furniture showed much evidence of wear. We also heard plenty of noise from other rooms. Breakfast was also ok but nothing special. On the positive side, the staff was attentive and helpful.

This was a classy hotel on the edge of the old city and was perfect. They provided a 15% discount on dinner at two very nice restaurants that we ate at that were excellent. They shuttled our car back and forth from a parking spot and provided outstanding suggestions on things to do. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend
