Only issue which is really not a big deal is the wifi was hit and miss Also everytime I left the property u would have to re connect with logins - u couldn’t auto connect Great spot otherwise Especially if ur solo Rooms a quaint

Except the sea view, seem nothing worth of the money. Hotel room is old, many thing is still need to be improved.

Nice place for booking and stay so close with beach

We booked a night here from October 15 to 16 in the most expensive room, with the aim of enjoying the jacuzzi with a view of the beach. As soon as we arrived at the room, we turned on the jacuzzi, when to our surprise, a lot of trash started coming out of the drain, making the water dirty. We emptied it and refilled it, and the situation repeated itself. We went to the hotel reception, who sent a man to resolve the situation. The man stood there for about 15-20 minutes just looking at the jacuzzi running and said he would be back in 10 minutes and to leave the jacuzzi running. We waited almost an hour and a half and no one showed up. We went back to reception and asked for a solution, since the purpose of our stay here had not been fulfilled, and they told us to wait until the next morning to speak to the manager. In the next morning we went back to reception and they told us that the manager was not there and that we would have to send an email. Of course i had no answer yet. We paid twice the price of the other rooms, for something specific that we cannot use. the room is not in good condition (there was even water on the floor coming from who knows where).

The two rooms we were assigned, one had sewage smell and another crawling with ants. They agreed to “upgrade” the room with sewage smell for one night and then change the room back to the room we’d booked and the room crawling with ants, they’ll change the sheets and then they’ll like us to see if the ants are coming back. We don’t want to take our chances of wait and see with the ants or face the hassle of moving rooms. We requested for a cancellation and refund. The hotel, though is in a good part of town, but it’s old. The sea view that you’re paying for is not worth the “hype” as it is in front of the street and pool, where you’ll hear all the traffics (loud motorcycles speeding after midnight) and screaming children in the pool at 7am, E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y. You’ll be much better off with the garden view which is quieter, I think. Or a newer hotel at the same price, 10 minutes drive away. We were trying to cancel our trip through Trip.com, which unfortunately had a third party to book with the hotel and we had to wait 2 hours for a resolution. Finally the hotel agreed to accommodate us into, I believe, their biggest room throughout the entire 4 nights of our stay (the one with Jacuzzi and sea view). We were more than happy if they could either just give us the same size room without the smell or ants or without the sea view but they were fully booked that weekend and were reluctant to “upgrade” us for our entire stay. We just don’t need the hassle of moving rooms. I have more videos instead of photo for the ants infestations.
