However, it is with genuine disappointment to learn of the areas in which we did not meet your expectations. Given the popularity of certain classes on offer, we encourage guests to book in advance to ensure their satisfaction. While we recognize that some guests prefer to keep their daily agenda more open, it does create the possibility that the preferred activities or bookings at our spa, restaurants, excursions, etc. are not available when requested. Throughout the week, we strive to offer a balanced schedule of activities and have our Yoga for Beginners class available twice per week, Mat Pilates once per week and Sailing for Beginners three times per week. It is unfortunate that these classes were either not available during the period of your stay or fully booked. I recognize your frustration in this matter and that this detracted from the well-rounded and active holiday that you anticipated. It is unfortunate that we were unable to address your concerns during your stay and to rectify these drawbacks that you have highlighted.
